It was quite good. The service staff were friendly, and the cleaning ladies were also very friendly. The food was also good. The location is very convenient, yet quiet in a busy area. It's close to the subway. They also offer breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night porridge. The breakfast was good, and the small steamed buns were handmade, not the pre-made ones. They were delicious. I had juice for afternoon tea, and it was real juice, not mixed. I didn't have a midnight snack. They also provided a small makeup bag with disposable items, and the quality was very good. The bedding was average. I didn't sleep well, and the pillow was uncomfortable. I asked for a buckwheat pillow on the second day, but it wasn't a real one. I had a stiff neck both days. Maybe I have poor sleep quality and am more demanding about bedding. When I checked out, the slightly plump girl at the front desk asked me to scan a QR code and said she wanted her name included in the review, but I declined. This was a negative experience. Their service was generally good, but I didn't have a special impression of this girl. I don't know why they specifically included her name in the review. Unlike my stay at Yaduo today, where the guy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and proactive in solving any issues I had. He even added me on WeChat and told me to message him if I had any questions. I only add my name to reviews like this. There's a difference between good service and enthusiastic service. I'm a bit disappointed with this review.
