Had problem with a Taobao item and had to return to the seller and the staff was kind enough to assist. :) walkable distance to many places and many malls to visit, overall a great stay at affordable price.

Five-star review! Choosing this hotel for my Dalian trip was a brilliant decision. It's right next to Dalian Station's North Exit, and the light rail station is just a hundred meters walk away, making it super convenient for getting to Jinshitan or exploring the city's food and attractions. Check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, hot water was consistent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It even has self-service laundry and dryers, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Dalian!

This stay at Hanting Youjia was absolutely fantastic! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn to its artistic décor; the aromatherapy was just right, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bedding was soft and comfortable—I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of good quality. There were also thoughtful touches like snacks and bottled water. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in at the front desk to room service, everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was bright and spacious, providing a great dining experience. The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, shopping malls, and restaurants. In short, it was a very satisfying stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is quite new and the environment is lovely. It's conveniently located near a metro station downstairs and there are restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. I was here for a marathon and the front desk staff were so thoughtful; they gave me a free late check-out and even arranged for an early breakfast, plus a discount! Hanting Hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Dalian.

When visiting Dalian, I highly recommend staying near Zhongshan Square. Based on the high ratings on Ctrip, we booked this Hanting hotel for five nights. It's a newly opened hotel this year, and I was initially worried about formaldehyde smell in the rooms. However, upon check-in, aside from a faint residual scent in the hallway, our room had no strange odors at all. The room was neat, clean, and decorated with a cozy touch. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep – just like being at home, and my sleep quality was noticeably excellent. What truly warmed my heart was their service; it's absolutely customer-centric, making us feel completely at home. I must commend two hotel staff members specifically. Despite being strangers, their thoughtful and attentive service left me incredibly grateful. First, the polite young man who helped us with check-in and check-out – thank you for your patient, thorough, and enthusiastic reception. Second, the cleaning lady in the restaurant. She served us from Monday to Wednesday, but was off on Thursday. Because my child tends to wake up late, I would pack breakfast to take back to our room. This cleaning lady anticipated our needs, and despite the trouble, prepared everything I needed. These might seem like small things, but in the service industry, details are paramount. These small details clearly reflect the overall quality of service at this hotel. I truly have to praise them, and the hotel as a whole!

Overall, a good experience. The lobby felt warm and inviting, and the hotel seemed very new. The soft padding on the headboard in the room was spotless. The staff were all very enthusiastic. My family really liked the hotel's decor, and the twin room was great. The shower water was nice and hot, very comfortable. There's a restaurant nearby that serves a delicious pork tripe and chicken dish? I didn't take any photos.

I had been to their place for a concert before the renovation and gave it a good review. The services were very good, the rooms were clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and it was not too far from the stadium. I could walk to the hotel after the show. This time I chose to come to their place after the concert, and I didn't expect to be pleasantly surprised. It was newly renovated and the environment was high-end. The sister in the restaurant even cooked noodles for me. I give a big thumbs up. It was the right choice to choose their place for a concert!
