Except for the front desk lady who helps store luggage before check-in, who is flexible and enthusiastic, the other front desk services are average.

An absolutely perfect stay, I really know how to pick 'em! So lucky to have chosen this place. The room was clean and tidy, and the family room had two wide beds with very comfortable bedding and pillows. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted great – definitely recommend the wontons! Dalian is still quite hot this time of year, so it was incredibly convenient to be able to wash and dry our clothes promptly after returning. But I had a hard time staying there because of the smell of cigarettes ㅠㅠ It was even harder because I was with a child. If you really need a non-smoking room ㅠㅠ .... Think about somewhere else. As soon as I entered the room in the evening, the smell of cigarettes was so bad that I told the front desk. They showed me several rooms to move my room, which I was very thankful for. Coincidentally, all the rooms I saw had the same smell of cigarettes. So I gave up, thinking there was nothing I could do, and the next day I bought an air purifier at the mart, sprayed it in the room before going out, and somehow held out for a few days. My baby and I both had sore throats that we had a hard time since coming to Korea. ㅠㅠ My throat really hurt from the first night. ㅠ
