Atour Hotels in Dalian

During a self-driving trip to Dalian, I specially arranged to spend half a day in Wafangdian to see the large and small Pai Shi landscape. We got a room upgrade when we checked in. Overall clean and tidy, the room and shower room are spacious; and the quilt is moderately thick and very comfortable. Nothing is more important than a good night's sleep! The design of unlimited charging on both sides of the bed is also very thoughtful; the hanging ears in the room also smell good! The lady at the front desk was very considerate and gave me a small gift. . . All in all, I love this hotel and recommend it!

This hotel is a convenient option within a few minutes' walk of Zhongshan Square. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. There is a very good breakfast buffet where a range of different types of breakfast are available, as well as good coffee. The wonton soup is recommended. The outside windows of the building could do with a clean. The staff are courteous and helpful.

This was my first visit to Dalian from abroad, a short two-day trip from overseas. It is located near the Dalian Station so I did not get lost. It was a great place to start sightseeing. I was satisfied with everything about the hotel. Very nice staff, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had enough choice. It was pretty helpful for me that there were free bottled water in front of the elevators on each floor. I will stay here again when I go to Dalian.

The hotel is very comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The butler service of Miss Guanggen is very considerate. She provides water, fruit, ear plugs and steam eye mask. Her attitude is kind and generous. The considerate service makes my mother and I feel sincere and warm. We will continue to choose here next time.

The design of the hotel is avant-garde, luxurious and simple, which is very suitable for young people to choose to live for business trips or leisure. The sanitation is good, the environment is not noisy, and the front desk service of the main hotel is very attentive and considerate. The price is not high, but the living experience is good

The biggest surprise of staying at Qingju Hotel is not the dazzling lights of Zhongshan Square, but the warm spring sunshine of Shenque. The hustle and bustle of Renmin Road is isolated by the hotel's simple and modern decoration, but when checking in, Chen Que's smile instantly eliminates the fatigue of the journey. When I found that the window of the room faced the wall next door, she had already anticipated my concerns, proactively informed me of the building layout, and quickly coordinated to switch to a high-rise sea view room. There was no buck-passing, no bureaucratic rhetoric, only genuine empathy throughout the process. It is really clean and neat hotel. Breakfast is good. Service is also fast. Kids loved to stay here . The equipment is new and modern. Loved bathroom and toilet which is warm in winter. Right next to Wanda plaza and another shopping center. Will stay again.

The hotel has just been open for three months. Even though I clearly requested a room on a high floor, the girl at the front desk gave me a room on the 6th floor. When I was in the elevator, I saw that the rooms on the high floors were on floors 22-25. I thought I'd just forget about it since they had already given me one. As a result, when we entered the room, we found that there was a strong smell (humid and stuffy smell plus strong and unpleasant air freshener smell), so we contacted the front desk to change the room. The communication process was quite difficult, and I am too lazy to describe it in detail. Finally, we were about to change hotels at night before we successfully changed to a dry and odorless high-rise room. I would like to thank the front desk brother Jiuling for patiently listening to the needs of the guests and helping to solve the problem (he was also very handsome) I personally feel that the layout of the hotel room is not very reasonable. The hanging area is very narrow next to the toilet at the door, and there is a large empty space next to the full-length mirror. I don’t understand why it is set up like this. I don't know if it's because the room is too dusty or the cleaning lady didn't clean it. I stayed there for several days and every day when I came back to the room, I could see a layer of dust on the black tabletop. Overall, except for the bad communication experience when changing rooms at the beginning, other services are pretty good. I packed food and needed to heat it up in the middle of the night when the restaurant was closed, and the front desk guy helped me heat it up. The facilities are pretty standard and match the price. The location is also convenient for travel.
