Atour Hotels in Dalian

We had a great time at Atour. The breakfast had a lot of choices and my parents really loved it. The room we stayed didn’t have fridge and my mom has diabetes. The staff were very kind to take and deliver her insulin everyday on demand. Special thanks to staff 逸可 and other staffs with their patience support everyday. The hotel's location near Zhongshan Square and the metro was very convenient. On the 20th floor, there was a laundry room and the staff 冰雨 also help to wash and dry clothes free of charge. The view from level 20 is also pretty nice, we even got to see the carrier in the dock. Overall, very inviting and pleasant experience, highly recommended!

This was really a nice hotel specially if your preferred location is in the city center and near to the railway station. Also the staff were nice and the hotel is clean.

The room is very clean, well maintained, and the service quality is high. The environment is beautiful, the soundproofing is very good, and the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I came here with my partner, and I will give priority to this hotel next time I come to Dalian. The location is very good, convenient for travel, the surrounding area is lively, and there are many things to do.

The service was as follows: I arrived early and waited in the lobby. At 2:00 PM, the staff checked in, but no one had checked out yet. They temporarily booked me a room to rest. By 3:00 PM, there were still no rooms available, so I contacted Ctrip's customer service team for help. They were very helpful, listened patiently, and resolved the issue accurately and efficiently. They informed me I could check in at 3:52 PM, but I actually arrived at the room at 4:00 PM, which disrupted my plans a bit, but I managed it. As for Ctrip's suggestion that the hotel provide fruit, late check-out, or souvenirs, I didn't request them. I didn't need them; I just wanted to address the issue while I was away. The room was very clean, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and greeted me. The lobby was nicely decorated, and the room itself was nice. There were two issues with the facilities that I missed: the toilet wasn't heated, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy whenever it was on.

We came to this area of the city for just one day and stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. The staff is very friendly and polite, we were immediately offered a hot drink because it was very cold outside. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is varied.

I am a business traveler from Korea, and I happened to be on a business trip to Lvshun. It was very troublesome to communicate because of the language barrier, but the staff always helped me solve the problem patiently. Because I usually like food, I really wanted to eat local specialties when I came here, so I told the hotel service staff about my needs. After understanding my needs, they enthusiastically led me there and said ”follow me,please” to me. Absolutely wonderful! The hotel's design truly won me over. The moment I stepped in, the delightful fragrance instantly dispelled my fatigue. The overall natural wood design felt incredibly grand and airy, a true feast for the senses. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. They absolutely deserve a glowing review! The room facilities were also excellent – everything was practical, the bed was super comfortable, and there were good entertainment options. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious; I'm looking forward to a hearty meal before heading out tomorrow! Laundry and drying facilities were very convenient (the LG machines worked perfectly), and there's even a gym – truly comprehensive amenities! The location is superb, with convenient parking right at the entrance. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!
