Overall the stay and location was excellent. Very nearby access to the Railway stations and Lake side. The Room has wonderful views. The Owner was too kind and was too much helpful.

The apartment was nice and large. The bathroom in the master bedroom needs refurbishing and there were no chopsticks in the kitchen. Overall still nice, we slept very well; the view is great.

Room is quite old and lack of maintenance. I was locked in the bathroom because of broken lock for almost an hour. However they rushed to help me out after getting the message.

This property is completely misrepresented online. The photos on Trip.com show a stylish, modern accommodation, but the reality is a very basic residential apartment with cheap furniture and zero ambiance. While it wasn't dirty or run-down, it was clearly someone's ordinary home hastily converted into a rental - not a proper hotel or villa as advertised. The location was inconvenient, tucked away in a residential area far from tourist attractions and public transport. There was no reception, no staff assistance, and no hotel services whatsoever. The only amenities provided were basic toiletries you'd find in a budget motel. Most frustrating was the blatant false advertising. The professional photos bear no resemblance to the actual unit. If you're expecting a hotel experience or even a proper vacation rental, look elsewhere. This is just an overpriced apartment rental with deceptive marketing. 糟糕的体验 - 虚假宣传，根本不是酒店！ 这家住宿在网上严重失实宣传。Trip.com上的照片显示是时尚现代的住宿，但实际上只是一个配备廉价家具、毫无特色的普通住宅公寓。虽然不算脏乱破旧，但明显是普通民宅简单改造的出租房 - 根本不是广告所说的酒店或别墅。 地理位置很不方便，隐藏在远离景点和公交的居民区里。没有前台，没有工作人员，完全不提供任何酒店服务。所谓的设施只有廉价旅馆那种小包装洗浴用品。 最令人气愤的是赤裸裸的虚假宣传。专业修图后的照片与实际房间天差地别。如果你期待的是酒店服务或正规民宿，请另寻他处。这就是一个高价短租房配上了欺骗性的广告。

Go location for business traveler.  A bit far from the popular tourist attractions.  Great value for the money.   If you enjoy hiking, the Erhi Park is 300 meters away.  Great views from the top.  Beautiful Chinese traditional gardens and stone paved paths for walking or jogging.

Nice room. Nice view. Everything is good. A bit traffic jam during morning n evening,main road will change to 1 direction only.

Location is hidden in one of the condo block, need to call the focal person to guide u. The person is very friendly n responsive to our enquiries. Our unit is spacious n the view is out of the world, not even a 5 star hotel can matched. Price also very reasonable. Found a restaurant in front of our stay that suited our taste. Will reserve this unit again when there is chance to return.

The place is very beautiful. The people arranging it is very nice. Able to cater our needs.

Located in the city, but far from the ancient town and the lake. It depends on your preferences, but it suited us well as we could explore the city on foot and experience everyday life in Dali.

Rooms was like in photos. The customer service was great. Very nice area too.

Pros - Lovely room with a view. - Well-located, near the railway station. - Very helpful and kind manager. Homely feeling. - location is accurate, better to contact them in advance for the exact pin and image of the building. Overall, it is a homely + luxurious property with very sweet and helpful owners. Travelers kindly note - Many of the facilities mentioned here on Trip.com are not available. For example it says 24/7 front desk and luggage storage - but there is no front desk at all and staff is not available at night or before 10 am. Better to contact them well in advance before you arrive and not go by the facilities mentioned on Trip.com. Similarly no gym etc.
