Located next to Indigo Hotel. Its very new & clean. The manager was so nice & friendly. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are lots of stairs coming to the villa (the manager helped us with all the baggage) so may not be suitable for older people.

The hotel is in a good location. It is located in Erhai Park. You can enjoy the scenery of Erhai Lake when you leave the hotel. It is only about ten minutes' drive from the train station. The hotel has a quiet environment.

The hotel has a full sea view and is very comfortable. The butler Nick is very good and will take the initiative to help with luggage. He is always available 24 hours a day and will arrange airport and station drop-off services. Butler Nick is great.

I highly recommend this hotel. From the hotel environment to the service and the food, it's very nice. Brother Peter was busy helping us find parking spaces and carry our luggage. He also booked a photographer for us. It's so nice to be able to see Erhai Lake from the room. I will stay here again when I come to Dali in the future! Highly recommended

The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the green plants outside the window are very pleasing to the eye. Pick up or drop off at Dali Airport/High-speed Railway Station (one way): Very convenient, the driver contacted very early, and the front desk guy Peter helped with the luggage and was very enthusiastic

This stay in Dali gave me some mixed feelings, with both highlights and shortcomings. 1. Service enthusiasm: The hotel staff is very friendly, especially the guy at the front desk. His enthusiasm and professionalism left a deep impression on us. He not only helped us carry our luggage, but also provided us with a lot of useful travel suggestions. 2. Satisfactory dining: The breakfast has a rich variety, a combination of Chinese and Western, and balanced nutrition, allowing us to enjoy a delicious start every day. The environment of the restaurant is also very comfortable, which makes people feel happy. 3. Room upgrade: We unexpectedly got a free upgrade to the room, which made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. 4. Property management: The homestay is located inside the community. For us who are traveling by car, the traffic in and out of the community is indeed not very convenient. Especially when checking out, the attitude of the community security guard made us feel a little unhappy. 5. Temperature problem: The temperature control in the room is not good, and the room seems too hot even at night. Although there is air conditioning, it seems that the effect is not ideal, which affects our sleep quality. (Later, the housekeeper said that it was because an elderly person felt cold that day. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner and can only be controlled to fully cool or fully heat. This design is very unreasonable.) In general, this accommodation experience has its highlights, especially in terms of service and catering. However, the problems of property and room temperature control do need to be improved. I hope the hotel can pay attention to these issues and provide guests with a more perfect accommodation experience in the future.

It was better than expected. This was the first B&B I stayed in when I first arrived in Dali. They upgraded us to a sea view room for free and helped with our luggage (the stairs were really high and long). The service was good and the environment was great. The price/performance ratio was impeccable.

The room is very nice and clean. The housekeeper David is also very responsible. The environment is also good. Erhai Lake is just outside the door. It is also very close to Dali Ancient Town, the station and the airport.

There is really nothing to complain about this hotel. The CP value is amazing. We are a group of 10 people and booked four rooms, each with its own characteristics. The hotel front desk was very helpful and helped with the luggage. We had a large group and hoped that we did not disturb other guests!

The service is very good and the facilities are great! You can see Erhai Lake and it is very convenient to bring children out to play. I will stay here again next time.
