The breakfast was not very varied, the facilities were very neglected and even damaged, there was no hot water in the room

The hotel is very good, perfect location, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel bellboys are very helpful, the girl who prepares breakfast for you is great, the only negative is that the breakfast is very poor, the fruit is very bad. the views are beautiful

difficult to rate because it depends of what you want. the good price, location, bed, clean rooms the bad breakfast - horrible with really bad service. i went twice just because i was in a hurry. i recommend a little café at the corner of 25 street Hot Water - in 7 days there was hot water twice, once in the morning and once in the evening The pool - they rent for the day to non guest. this is a small pool that gets crowded easily. i didn't use it, not even one day. AC - function ok but whith a lot of noise. Elevators - most mornings they dont work The hotel for me was just a place to go to if i were in the area because i have a house in Havana. if you want a hotel where you will use its facilities, this is not a good one/

I had an amazing experience at this resort, it has a great location so I could share with my friends and walk in Havana. The staff is kind,specially Kiara,from Customer Service. The food is excellent and I love Coffee at nigths. I just wanna comeback again,see you all soon.
