The location of this place is close to erhai ecological corridor. The area becomes bustling at night, with food stalls and eateries within walking distance. The place is true to pictures and look very aesthetic. The housekeeper Lee and his staff were very friendly and took great care of us. For the room, it is tatami-lined and spacious. There are lots of thoughtful facilities in the room such as a coffee area, fruits and good night tea, bathroom amenities, Dyson hairdryer, foot soaking herbs and even ear plugs and eye mask. My only gripe of this place is the location of our room. We stayed on the second floor near the entrance and could hear the noise from the street vendors daily. Imagine along the lines of promotional messages being played on a speaker repeatedly from 7am to 8pm. Sadly, that was a drawback for us as we preferred peace and quiet. Apart from that, the hotel and the service were commendable.

This was absolutely one of the best stays during our trip! The property is beautifully decorated, with incredible attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The level of service was truly exceptional—attentive, friendly, and beyond expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Li. Without a doubt, this will be our only choice for accommodations on our next trip to Da Li!

This homestay is full of details, everything is prepared. It's really thoughtful, like returning to a familiar home. It's also the Japanese style I like. It's very warm as soon as you come in. They also prepared afternoon tea, good night soup, red bean and red date soup. Breakfast, umbrella sunscreen, lavender sleep spray, even sunglasses are the same. I love it, highly recommended.

I was so lucky to book Yishan. First of all, the courtyard design is definitely one of the best in Dali. With the light rain, the whole courtyard is very relaxing and comfortable. Secondly, the hygiene is also very good. The most feared thing about B&Bs is that they have poor hygiene. I feel safe staying at Yishan. Finally, and most importantly, the service is impeccable. The housekeeper Uncle Li is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. The room also has various equipment suitable for travel, such as shawls and umbrellas. It happened that it rained this time and I didn’t bring an umbrella. They also prepared good food such as goodnight tea and flower cakes. In short, this was a very satisfactory stay and I will come again in the future.

Yishan is the best B&B I stayed in during my trip to Dali. Other B&Bs may be more expensive, but they don't have such considerate and meticulous service as Yishan. You will fill out a questionnaire in advance before checking in. I filled in my birthday on a special day. When I returned to the room that night, I saw the small cake and was really touched. The homestay is very close to Longkan Pier. The location is very good, just a few hundred meters away. After watching the sunrise in the morning, you can go back and take a nap.
