The old room is extremely run-down. The towels are expired, discolored, and no longer have any cotton fibers. The room is damp and moldy. The photos used for advertising were taken before the room deteriorated. The experience was extremely bad and unpleasant. I came with my mother to this hotel.it was a second time I booked this hotel.i love the location and it s very near to all the attraction places and restaurants.But only the keetle not working well this time ,but the staff changed it for me.overall its a budget friendly hotel and the staff service was good

Good location, cleanness can be improved and furniture not well maintained but good if you just go to sleep

It was good ,its in front of river side which you can enjoy seeing some lighys,boats and also the dargon bridge and fireworks.and walking distance to sontra night market.It's a convenient place especiall in coffee shops and restaurant and also bars..

Room was clean, but other than that not alot of good to say about it. Nothing terrible but also nothing note worthy. Our room had a window facing a brick wall less than 6 in outside of the window, and that was fine for the price we paid, the Pool was ok but the pool area was in need of alot of maintennace and upkeep. Location requires you to have transportation.

My room was okay, but my friend's air conditioner was broken. My friend had to change rooms 3 times because their air conditioners had problems. The mechanic was also cleaning the air conditioner net in the room, which was very impolite in our opinion.. And the employee also offered a fan, OMG

Very convenient place. You can view the dragon bridge and can go to night market. The price is cheap and the staffs are friendly.

Old hotel with old furnishings. Nothing good about this hotel except for its location, which is located right at the riverfront. The night view at the riverfront is very beautiful. You can see the dragon bridge from here. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff can't really speak English and not friendly. TV not functioning even after repaired.The family room is so small. So don't believe what you see in the picture. Towels and linens got stains. Furnitures and floors were dusty. Buffet breakfast not that good with limited choices. Not value for money although it's cheap.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, situated right in front of the Han River, offering stunning views that are simply breathtaking. We absolutely loved how convenient everything was. Plus, there’s a shop next door that serves amazing coconut jelly – a must-try! Overall, the perfect spot for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Location and price is reasonable, but the room is not clean , water pressure so weak, I have complant for the water heater problem but hotel dint solve it, won't book it anymore

The photos make the hotel look like a 5 star hotel... but when you arrive the hallways and room smell funky like mold and cigarettes. There is no smoking in the hotel or in the rooms, but it definitely smelled like my neighbors were chain smoking... not the hotel's fault but it did not help my experience. The walls are thin which wouldn't be a problem normally, but the families on my floor were yelling at each other loudly and children were racing in the hallways. The bed was extremely comfortable and I did fall asleep fast each night. Ultimately I did end up checking out early for some of the reasons above. I think the thing that bothered me the most was that the staff seems to be bothered anytime I had a question. Almost like I was interrupting their social hour with each other.

The location was great. That's it. Breakfast was horrible the food looked like it was there for a week and the bays they sat in were dirty. The staff were not friendly. Everything was an effort if you asked them something. The room had mold and peeling paint the windows leaked water and the floors were lifting. We stayed for 3 days The pool was closed and the hole trim and the roof top bar was closed. The towels in the bathroom were white (but were grey in discolour)

Super suprise after check in. It is the best view with amount. Worth to spend money. In the center so we can go many place by walking Han market, Dragon bridge, night market....

We recently stayed at Pariat Hotel and had a wonderful experience. You may store your luggage at the hotel if you arrived early before the check-in time. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient. They also have swimming pool, breakfast and foot massage service which were enjoyable. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I would recommend Pariat Hotel for its comfortable rooms, great service, and convenient location.
