If you need a quiet place to stay, this is it. Away from the busy highways but still accessible from beach, coffee shops, food shops/marts. They staffs are very attentive, gave compensations for missed bfast, and even delivered some of the items we left after our checkout at our new destination (free of charge, even tho we insisted to pay). Highly recommended!

Really poor, do not stay here unless you are happy with a one star venue, booked 5 nights, left after one night, hotel does not match description, beware.

The hotel was nice. However, the information about checkin provided on trip was wrong. It was stated that we can check in from 10, but realistically we were able to do it at 14.

"Deluxe City View Room" overlooks Loseby Street. You can see the wind blowing and raining all over the street. It would have been perfect to be able to wake up through a full-length window and eat a continental breakfast in bed through room service. Of course, there is no room service, but drainage, hot water, and air conditioning are all good. It was luxurious. WiFi wasn't available only on the embankment, but they said they would fix it, so WiFi will be available when you go.

The hotel is excellent in all respects, cleaning is regular, the rooms are good, everything is there. We liked everything. The first room had no window, we booked it by accident, but we slept in it. The second room had a window. Cleaning starts early, and it can be noisy because of this; audibility is very good. The staff is very polite and friendly and helped us place an order at Lazada. The pool on the roof is not deep, but it is popular, there were always a lot of people. There is a beautiful view from the roof. The location is also very good, very close to the best beach.

The overall experience is good and cost-effective. There is no air conditioning in the fitness room, so no one would use it in summer.

The blankets and pillows in the room had a strong smell, so I changed rooms and it was okay.

I stayed here for about 5 days. The size is good and they clean it every day, so it's pretty good. I think I'll go again next time I go to Nha Trang. It's really good.
