Toc Hostel Madrid Reviews

I had a great stay at TOC Hostel in Madrid. The rooms are modern and spacious, and I really appreciated that the beds were made upon arrival. The staff was super friendly and chill, which made the atmosphere even better. I also loved the fact that the key to access the room was simply my fingerprint—such a cool and convenient feature! The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from SOL metro station, right in the heart of the city. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, everything was perfect.

Great place stay if you're on budget or one night. The place is big and spacious. This is the only hostel that has 2 bathrooms and toilets. The only thing this hostel lack of is the curtains for privacy purposes. And places to hang your clothes in the bed area and the bathroom. Other than that, it should be a good place to stay. The location is perfect. I think I will consider here if I ever go to Madrid again.

Hotel good and location so great also so cheap they can speak a good English in desks

Overall it was a decent stay for the fantastic location. Safe was too tiny to fit a laptop. And toilet kept flooding during showers. Breakfast was good but there was a group of students on our final two nights and they made such a ruckus running up and down the stairs. Appreciate the little balcony.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, one of the pillows in the room had a shoe print, the shower drain was clogged, and there was no hot water from the showerhead.

Stay for cost efficient overnight. The hostel is over expectation.

Location is amazing and very close to city centre. Everything is nearby. Room was good and amenities are fine.

It’s my first time in a hostel ever, and i liked the place. Its location is super convenient. Staff is very nice. Room was nice considering the price. Roommates were quiet and I liked that as I’m not chatty, so i was lucky. I would definitely book this again if i return to Madrid. One guest mentioned that other hostels of this chain are asleep good quality so I’ll keep that in mind.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many of Madrid’s most famous attractions. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. The service is good, and the staff are friendly and professional. The area outside the hotel is lively, but the windows in the room are very well soundproofed, so it’s quiet and comfortable for sleeping. However, there are some areas for improvement. The room doesn’t provide slippers, which is a bit inconvenient. The room itself is a bit small, and the glass door of the bathroom offers little soundproofing, making using the bathroom slightly awkward. Additionally, both the bathroom and the shower room have motion-sensor lights, which can be inconvenient to use. Neither can be locked, and the shower room door doesn’t fully close, which might be an issue for some guests.

This time, I was just passing by. One night with some place to crash. Perfect place to do so. It is inexpensive and has everything I need: a bed, a shower, and a superb location with the best connection to the airport and other centers I need to use. When I come to Madrid for longer period of time, in addition I enjoy the breakfast and working from the hotel and chat with the people working there and the customers. The staff is very nice

Nice hostel located in the centre of the city, 5 minutes walking from Puerta del sol, with nice bedrooms and enough clean bathrooms and showers.

Stayed in a double bed private room. The shower has a blocked drain, so any longer than a 2 min show and the place is flooded. There are also sensor lights in the bathroom. Everytime a noise is heard it will trigger the lights. This makes it hard to sleep with a light going on and off during the night. Can't beat location. Right in the middle of Madrid.
