It is said to be 33 square meters, but it actually looks like only a dozen square meters. My friend came here and wanted to book a good hotel. This one is more expensive than 1300. The result was disappointing, the window was small, the room was not as big as a motel, the parking lot was opposite, and I was given a parking card that didn't work. I went to the front desk three times and spent half an hour changing a new card before I got out of the parking lot. 👎

Expect price-gouging during football season. We paid more than $500 for a room - and sub-par - make that NO service. The window shade wouldn’t close, so we had bright parking lot lights shining through all night. When it was “fixed” the next day, it wouldn’t open. There is no daily service, which meant no clean towels, no coffee after the first day, and no toilet paper. Our room began with a half roll of the cheapest, scratchiest paper I’ve ever experienced- and no extra. For what we paid, I don’t think we should have to chase down a cart in the hall for basic items. The first floor has been re-done, but the rooms are dismal and not comfortable. We were assigned an accessible room - not requested or needed, but I assume the other rooms are equally disappointing. The breakfast “buffet”included a nearly empty pan of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and cold stuff - that’s it. Essentially a continental breakfast - that included old, icky strawberries. The only reason to stay here is if you’re attending a Purdue event. They get two stars only because the poor kids they stick on the front desk are pleasant.

Absolutely horrible stay. The whole first floor is under construction (jack hammers, dirt, plastic sheeting everywhere except at a small temporary table for a “front desk”. The noise was almost constant, even in our 6th (top) floor room. To top it off, they told us the water will be completely turned OFF Saturday from 11:00 - 3:00, just as we have to get ready for a wedding!!! The assistant manager tried to tell me they sent an email a couple days ago telling us this (they didn’t) and then said they just found out this morning. HORRIBLE!

Unfortunately the hotel is a construction site. Why is this not stated somewhere during reservation process? Other than check in desk the whole lobby is fenced off. The elevators and floors are covered with cardboard. The place should be closed for renovation or rented for severely discounted prices. Doors are propped open in the back and my husband was approached by a begger asking for money in the lobby. The staff is not professional, nothing identifying them as staff, no uniform or name tags. Nothing at this hotel resembles the Hilton service we are used to. This place should be closed for renovation!

Comparing the service I got this last weekend to the service I got in my last stay at the Hampton Inn across the street, i would recommend that visitors go to the Hampton Inn. The Hampton Inn customer service is much much better rather than the nickel & diming experience I received from the Hilton staff.

This hotel is under some major construction. One of the two guest elevators has been reserved for constructions crews to transport waste out of the building, they are pushing these dusty carts on the corridors all the time, half of reception is fenced off, and the noise during working hours is terrible. It is basically like staying on a construction site and I do not understand how they decided to keep accepting guests while this is going on. I hope the construction crew is professional to avoid asbestos exposure and other issues.

I have stayed at this hotel once before and booked again as it was the most reasonable at the time I was looking. However, I'd planned to look around again before the cancellation window closed but I missed it. Honestly, I won't stay here again unless it's the only reasonably priced thing available. The rooms are tired. Ours smelled musty. Every time I walked back in I was hit by this smell. It wasn't a terrible smell, but it wasn't great. And I was very disappointed that there wasn't a free breakfast. The last time I stayed there (in 2021) breakfast was included and I assumed it was again. The elevators felt like they were on their last leg. And the parking is ok - but a bit inconvenient in a garage behind the hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn across the street. It's much nicer.

No pool…only option…if we weren’t out of options for family weekend we would not have stayed. Unless you have money to burn ~ it’s not worth it. We are diamond members…had to pay for mediocre breakfast…hair in bathtub…just…no. I am already researching other places so I don’t end up at this place again next year…

Why does this hotel advertise that they have a restaurant and a bar when they do not have either one. At check in Friday evening we were not recognized as Diamond members by the desk clerk. When we asked for bottles of water, the reply was "oh yeah you get some. When asked if the restaurant was open, we were told we don't have one but you can buy something from the pantry. On Saturday morning we were very impressed by the breakfast offering. Various fresh fruits and a hot and cold bar. The server was very friendly and kept everything full. However, Sunday morning was a different story. No hot bar and little else put out. We asked the desk clerk where breakfast was and the reply was "the cook called in sick. What! There is no back up plan to provide breakfast if the cook doesn't show up? Our room was okay but will need updating soon. May have to try a different Hilton property for our next stay.

I had stayed here before during hectic times on campus, and it is an excellent location for those occasions. This time, it was a weekday, and the hotel was still busy! This time, the front desk staff went above and beyond. First, they were kind enough to refrigerate the cake for my daughter's 21st celebration. Then, they allowed us to have her friends over for the cake and suggested the table behind the fireplace for privacy. That already seems so lovely. The absolute surprised was that when I came with the girls (12 total) to ask for the cake, they had utensils, glasses, and plates ready for me! I wish I had written down their names (Oct 25 evening front desk) because they deserve a service award. We felt so welcome and special. The girls had a great time as they needed to be in and out as per their school needs. Thank you for helping me celebrate with my daughter and her friends in a warm and welcoming environment.
