Nice place, and location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only one thing I think it is needed to improve is the room have the obvious smoked in smell.

It was great to be able to use the parking lot even when I got home late at night. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was strong, which was great!

The room is large and spacious. Kochi's most famous Sunday market is right downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient.

It was a very nice hotel. It's located in the center of Kochi, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink. It's also in the center of the triangle between Kochi Station, Kochi Castle, and Harimayabashi Bridge, so it's easy to get to anywhere. I even took a walk to Kochi Castle in the morning. The building is a little old, but the room was very spacious and comfortable, so I was able to relax. The unit bath was also very clean and I was able to use it comfortably. The breakfast at the cafe in the building was also very luxurious, plentiful, and well seasoned. I was also grateful for the drinks at Umajimura. I'll definitely use it again next time. It was a very nice hotel and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, very close from Kochi Station or Harimaya Bridge, next to the commercial street of Obiyamachi, shopping and dining are all done in one stop. There is also a limited market on Sundays for you to visit.

It was a very convenient location with the castle, Hirome Market, and Sunday Market. I stayed in a single non-smoking room, which was spacious enough and the bed was 120cm, so it didn't feel cramped. However, one of the toilet flush levers was coming off, so I hope they will address that.

This is my first stay in several years. The location is great, and it's very reasonable compared to other business hotels in Kochi, where prices have been rising recently. The breakfast was simple, but delicious.

There is a morning market in front of the hotel, so I take a walk before breakfast at 7am. I buy some Konatsu and go back to the hotel to have breakfast at the cafe on the first floor. It was the best breakfast I've had recently, and it was ranked quite high among business hotels.

I stayed alone without meals. The price was very cheap, but the room was spacious with a double bed, well-cleaned, and the interior itself was not old and very comfortable. I stayed in a smoking room, but I didn't notice any odors in the room or hallway, so I guess they had taken proper measures to prevent them. Check-out was at 11:00, so I could take my time in the morning. It was within walking distance of the station and close to the downtown area, so the location was good.

Conveniently located to the station, Kochi Castle and Hongito Market The rooms are clean and relatively spacious For consecutive stays, you can choose an eco-friendly hotel where sheets and pillows do not need to be changed every day. It would be even better if a coin-operated self-service washing machine is provided. (The inquiry counter will provide information on nearby laundromats)
