Best thing was the location, and the villa was spacious. Large breakfast but very crowded so restaurant felt like a canteen. Our assistant Lisa was great and helped us recommend and book restaurants. Spa was awful, please avoid. Much better value and technique at the spas across the road. Overall it was a nice stay, quite pricey for what you get but understand it was peak season.

This is the best hotel in Da Nang. If you want to relax in a comfortable accommodation and see the amazing sea and beach, then this is definitely the right place!

Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a lovely location.They could improve making sure there are less bugs inside the villa, making sure the power sockets can keep a plug in, and heating the pool temperature (private and public) to not be ice-age levels of cold

The hotel is best location in Da Nang city in other hand the service need to be improved. The furniture different between the Villa and need to renewed.

Highly recommended!!! Whole resort is awesome Wonderful service We have a personal assistant “Lisa” during stay. She help us a lot especially we order food delivery very often. She help us deliver to our villa. Also help us book everything what I needed She is amazing.

Service is nice. Breakfast has multiple choices with good taste. Main swimming pool with lounge provides wonderful relaxing experience. Room is big and the bed is comfortable.

On this trip to Vietnam, we chose Premier Village DaNang resort for our five-day-four-night stay. This resort is very large and clean. The vacation villa I selected has two floors with a private pool and direct access to the beach, so in the morning, I can go straight to the beach to watch the sunrise, which is very convenient. The staff here are also very enthusiastic, helpful, and can communicate in English without any problems. They are also very enthusiastic about introducing local cuisine to us. Because the place is so big, we have to use a Buggy car every time we go in and out. Their attentiveness and politeness are very heartwarming! I'm really happy that we chose this resort this time, and if I have the chance, I will come again. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful journey. Awesome!!

This is the best resort with all amenities just they need to add on some body lotion and nail cutter , scissor rest everything was so perfect , would love to come again .

Great location however the Spa disappointed us. We're a party of 5 and we booked for 90mins massage a day before. When we arrived, we were told to share rooms and can only accommodate an hr.
