The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

Nice place for folks that want to relaxe while adjusting to the altitude. Food is good but overpriced. There is great food downtown but for that you would have to go down thousands of stairs and then come back up when you are done.

The hotel did not support to change date or cancel the room when we can not book the ticket to Machu Picchu.

The staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up.

The room is very comfortable and clean. The design and furnishings of the hotel are very stylish. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and polite, from the front desk to the restaurant and room service.
