Was a last minute booking and the cheapest deal we found. Didnt expect much for the price but honestly the motel exceeded our expectations. James the host is very friendly and accommodating. The 2 bedroom Suite (Room 1) we stayed in had 1 big & 1 small rooms with very comfortable beds. Toilets & bathroom were clean. Kitchenette has the required amenities. Only thing lacking were power points in the small bedroom or atleast I couldn't find it near the beds. Will definitely recommend and revisit!

It was so lovely and clean and friendly and really big rooms had every thing in it to use ..owners and workers staff helpful it had extra then other places we stayed in loved it very confitble..quite..can walk to main street ..parking was clear and easy to use ...

Staff with good service. He gave us quite some advice on my trip in Phillip Island. Location is quite at the heart of the island. The room is clean and with everything we need.

The coachman is a glorified Service Apartment but that's not a bad thing. The staff were extremely friendly on both Check In and Check Out. The room was appropriately filled with key things. Towels, little bottles of shampoo, soap etc. The rooms weren't, to our knowledge, cleaned daily but if it's a short stay, it doesn't matter. Fridge was great. Induction cooktop too. Not a fan of having to do the dishes but it is what it is. (You may have to buy detergent and something to scrub with them) Only real sticking point is the slow drainage of water in the shower. Other than that, it was perfectly fine. There is also a communal pool that can be used.

Everything is good, just expensive. Of the minuses - unknown to me ants were crawling around. The room is cool, clean, cozy.

The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. It feels good. The front desk is warm and hospitable. The service is thoughtful. If you want to eat or play anything, just ask directly and you will be given a satisfactory answer.

Worse, worse, the service attitude is very poor. The laundry room did not tell you not to wash clothes at night. They even said that it was written in the room book. We went to see it but it didn't write it down. They just didn't let us wash it. It's a hotel run by Chinese people. For Chinese guests, I suggest you not book this hotel! ! !
