Very great hospitality and customer service

Hotel is close to Columbiana Center. The AC unit in the room was cracked and falling from the wall but still worked. Hotel offers restaurant and a la carte food. Overall, quiet, clean, and great location.

Pool heater broken ! Overcharged rate and breakfast. Staff at front desk were nice. Had to park car far away from entrance. Whirlpool tub not working in room and dirty yet still charged higher rate of room.

The location was a little out of my way.

The hotel is relatively old, there is no swimming pool, there is an introduction. The location is a bit far from the center, and the front desk service is very good, which is the highlight. The price of the hotel is a bit expensive.
