Nice family hotel, good breakfast

The transportation is convenient (close to the train station) and there is a paid parking lot (in fact, free parking is available on the side road). The front desk service is very attentive and prepared a room with a view of the Rhine River for me. The sound insulation is also good.

The hotel is very new and clean, and the service of the front desk guy is also good. I arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning and asked me if I was a hotel member so that I could get a room in advance. I decisively took out the membership card from many years ago (now I scan the code to register) and gave me a room. The hotel breakfast is very rich, as shown in the picture!

The hotel is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy. It is only two kilometers away from Cologne Cathedral. However, the room is quite cramped. The facilities are relatively simple. But the view outside the window is nice.

The prices of European classic hotels are very high, which cannot be compared with domestic hotels of the same level. The environment is clean and tidy, suitable for business trips.

Stayed here many times, but the parking in the basement is inconvenient, but the location is very good, very close to the shopping center

Top city hotel, location a bit away from the city center, very friendly staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfast... only disadvantage for us, one blanket for two people :-)

It is located on the Rhine River and close to the Cologne Exhibition Center. The hotel is clean and tidy. The sofa in the room can be unfolded into a bed. It can accommodate two to three people. Overall satisfactory

It's a bit far from Cologne Cathedral. It costs about 17 euros to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. (As soon as you exit the train station, you will see Cologne Cathedral) so the location is not good. The main dissatisfaction is that the man at the front desk showed no expression during the whole check-in process and didn't even look at you. I'm really sorry for the Novotel brand.

As expected of a football hotel, the football atmosphere is very strong, football-related elements can be seen everywhere, and the TV is full of football games. You can also meet coaches and players while having breakfast, don't be too happy😁 Even the waiters are wearing football uniforms. Also, the ducks in the lake in front are so fat, haha😊
