The food was great, The pool and activities also great. We enjoyed activities with animator (Seren🤗). The rooms were ok, but dirty. Pool was really nice, we had dancers (the one in pink costume was really good). A great vacay, but you need to work a lot in the cleaning sector!!!

I sincerely recommend it if you want to relax in a quiet, pleasant hotel. Orfeus Queen is connected by an underground passage to Orfeus Park, located across the street. Guests could use both hotels (go to the pool, use the bar). Clean rooms, tasty food, friendly hotel staff, the coolest animator - Seren 🫶🏼

The food is very good, the beach is clean and sandy. The hotel staff are friendly, they report drinks as they should and are always smiling. Seren is the best animator, friendly and kind. But she promised me a Lamborghini I didn't get 🤣❤️ Bartenders also first class. Good night 💪 Patryk 💪😎

We bought it two days before the flight so we had little time to read comments. And we are happy about it!!! We spend 10 beautiful days in the hotel. The weather was extraordinary (mid September - 35 degrees during the day and about 20 during the night). During check in I asked for a room with the external view. We got the room number 1331 with the view to the sea. The best room for us! It was clean and comfortable. Our baby had a problem with sleeping on the "adult" bed, so the next day we asked the staff for a baby bed. We got in in an half an hour! The staff was very friendly to us and also to the baby! If baby spilled something and we weer trying to clean it the staff came in an instant to help us and to reassure us :) The pool is huge and clean. Also the small pool (baby pool) is very nice. Everything is clean and in good condition. BUT...the food is the best thing!!! I think we had never seen so many delicious food to try. During our 10 days stay we had everything. Even there was a Turkish evening and the seafood. All the sweet dishes are gorgeous! The beach is about 5 min from the hotel. Of course there is a bus but we prefer to take a walk. Also in every 10 min there are buses to Side and Manavgat from the bus stop next to a hotel (cost 2 EUR per person). The best thing is that there is no need to come back for lunch to hotel. The lunch is served on the beach! There is a lady who makes the most delicious "pancakes" with cheese I had ever tasted (there is a version for children with chocolate) ! To sum up - the hotel was the best choice. We are happy we had chosen it and we hope to come back next year! ＜3

WE stayed at this hotel for 8 days recently and I will definitely be returning, perfect for children. Disco each night was a bit repetitive but kids loved learning the same dances. food was excelent. Our room was very clean. Clean servise was here every day. I was pleasantly surprised.

Joint worst place I've ever stay at with their sister hotel Orgeus park, room was slightly cleaner than the other hotel, pool is way too small for the size of the hotel, food was horrible they just kept repeating the trays from the night before. It seems to be a very popular destination for certain Eastern Europen countries so if you are of a certain ethnic background be prepared to be constantly stared at all the time, pointed at, people taking pictures of you without your consent and the hotel staffs apparently unable to do anything about it at both hotels as we had to move thinking it would be better at Orfeus Queen Hotel, it wasn't any better. The absolute worst holiday of my life. We stayed here for 2 nights and had to check out early because the reception staffs physically assaulted us one of our guests.

The pool is very nice as well as the proximity to the beach. The alcohol and cocktails are not great, but for the price you don't expect anything crazy. The lunch and dinner hours could be extended because 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. are early when you're on vacation... The buffet is very good, the only thing missing for me was fresh juices for breakfast. The room is well equipped and clean. The entertainment team is very friendly, especially Seren 🤩 The massages with hammam were great

We were pleased with many things at the hotel, especially the animation team and Seren Hanım, but the food at the restaurant could have been better and more varied. The chef from Adana gave the food in numbers - We participated in the water gymnastics activity, morning gymnastics and many other activities. We loved the animation team very much. I would like to add this again.

Many thanks to the animator at Seren for the good mood and sports entertainment darts and aqua aerobics. The animators are great. They try to pay attention to each guest. The food is good. There was enough food for everyone. The sea and the pool are already warm at the beginning of June. We recommend it to everyone.

Fresh opinion: Let's divide the opinions into categories: rooms dirty, bathrooms not cleaned, and when the ladies come to clean it's like a punishment and not much changes from this mess Food: Very monotonous, mostly the same thing 3 times a day, i.e. fries, nuggets, fish and onion rings + vegetables and fruit without taste Staff: Very unpleasant service, horsey courtship from employees, drinks made as if for punishment, quite frequent lack of ice cubes, drinks are a total disaster, at every step someone comes up to you and tries to push something on you, at night they try to take you out of the hotel on the pretext of going to a party with free transport, one plus is that at the reception you can communicate in Polish So I do not recommend this hotel, give it a wide berth

Typical 4 stars in Turkey Cons: - poor wifi - poor English of the staff and managers and animators - 1 bartender in the all inc. bar, which causes long queues... sometimes so long that after waiting 15 minutes the bartender closes the bar, it's already midnight and you don't get anything to drink - pushiness and great love at first sight presented by the staff, anger when you reject their advances Pros - tasty food - every day there are shows and music and organized evenings - few cats (and this is sometimes a plague) - nice beach and a beach bar with lunch and drinks - tasty ice cream - enough sunbeds, on the beach for free - the beach is close, you can walk or take a bus in literally a minute - good communication with Side

It is a terrible hotel, clearly and clearly, the sea is not sandy, it is rocky and there is a high probability of falling or even dying. We came through Eskişehir tour, they talked about it and made it worse, the food is disgusting, the cold water is a dream, the drinks are terrible. Today is my first day, I came with my family and I got 21500 TL. There is a hotel employee who says you can go to much better places for this money. I liked him too, he is honest, at least let the money taken from me be haram and wicked. After I am done here, I will send my complaint letter to the Ministry of Tourism and the taxpayer. Don't suffer in vain, it is a shame.

We rested in this hotel with our 11-year-old daughter; it was our first time in Turkey; we chose Side for acquaintance, since a good beach is very important for us. Covid times and other events made their own adjustments, so we haven’t been abroad for 4 long years. The goal was not only relaxation on the beach, but also educational excursions, so we chose a 4* hotel, since we did not plan to stay in it. 1. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, they checked us in only at 13:00, but immediately put on bracelets, treated us to coffee and juice, there are excellent sofas in the lobby where you can sit comfortably. After breakfast we went to the beach. 2. Beach. We walk quickly, the journey took 4-5 minutes, but if we come across a cat that definitely needs to be petted, it will take a little longer. The road is not the most pleasant, as during our stay in one of the hotels there was large-scale construction work on our way. Dust, dirt, noise. There is a bus to the beach from the Orfeus Park Hotel, which is located across the road, but we did not use it. The beach strip is large, the sand is golden, there were enough sun loungers at any time. It’s not very clean, of course, but there’s more of the vacationers’ wine here. The sea is beautiful. True, in August, for my taste, it is too warm. When entering the sea from the hotel beach there were stone slabs, we went a little to the left. For several days there were waves in which we joyfully jumped. 3. Number. Even initially, I read reviews and looked at reviews and saw that some of the rooms have a balcony into the courtyard under the roof, without air access. The manager and I booked a standard room, not an economy one, and, lo and behold, the room turned out to have a balcony facing the street. True, it overlooked the highway, and it was quite noisy. The room itself is small, the bathroom is spacious, but someone very funny came up with a window from the shower into the room. There are, of course, blinds hanging there, but everything is perfectly visible. Thank you that there is not a toilet next to the bed, but just a shower. The air conditioning worked great. 4. Nutrition. For me this is a very big problem in all hotels. There is nothing to be happy about here. The food is not tasty. And yes, everything seems to be there: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, you can fry toast, there is always porridge (it just tastes terrible). The only thing that pleased me was the presence of a coffee machine at the bar in the restaurant. You can drink coffee or tea not only for breakfast. There were also delicious cakes. Quite decent for 4*. But it’s not very good for our taste, since we only like home-cooked food or from a good restaurant. And there are always some greasy dishes and cutlery. It was unpleasant. 5. Swimming pool. Quite an ordinary pool, a lot of people all the time. After lunch there is water aerobics. Foam party on Wednesday at 15:00. It was not possible to swim comfortably due to the large number of people, but overall the pool was excellent. We went to Orfeus Park several times to the pool and slides. There are only 2 slides, you can ride a couple of times. 6. Animation. Most of it takes place at the Orfeus Park Hotel. Mini disco is no longer very interesting to us, we went several times out of curiosity. There is a DJ at the hotel on Friday evenings. Also a variety of recreation. Water aerobics in the pool, beach volleyball. Overall the staff are friendly

Unfortunately, the Orfeus Queen Spa hotel is closed after the 2021 season until 15.06.2022, I booked our stay from 28.04-04.04.2022, we kissed the door handle at 2 a.m. TUI knew about the situation but did not inform us before departure. We were accommodated in a hotel across the street Orfeus Park, as we were informed by a local who spoke only Turkish. We had to ask for a meal after arrival, accommodation took about an hour. The rooms were nothing like DZX1, changing rooms did not help. We know the Orfeus Queen Spa hotel and we know what the standards are there, Orfeus Park is a head lower than them. We had allin so meals, drinks were there, the pool was clean and well-kept, unfortunately if someone wanted to go to the indoor pool there is no chance, there is no water. A lot of Germans who are rampant like the Russians used to be. One canteen inside, the other in the "open air", everyone on the patio was smoking cigarettes, gray smoke during meals. Waiters would ask for 3 dollars for bringing you an ashtray.
