Close to Cleveland Clinics. The room is very spacious and clean.

Maid stole $100 from my CHILD. It was clearly a child’s money, stolen from a child’s bag. Manager hasn’t had the courtesy to call me for 3 days. The night porter couldn’t care less when I reported it on my way out after my child realised. The maid is the scum of earth and the staff and the manager couldn’t care less! How is this is a Hilton? I’ll be taking it up with Hilton head office given the hotel don’t care. I wouldn’t bother if it was not clearly stolen from a child.

The windows are sealed, so there is a peculiar musty smell. The staff is friendly and the location is good. I would definitely go back.

High cost performance, old hotel, good restaurant

It is convenient for transition before enrollment. The hotel is close to the university. There is a restaurant in the hotel.

The view from the corner rooms is great and the hotel has a historic feel, like the former Peace Hotel rooms in Shanghai.

The stay was good. Breakfast was $15 per person and was quite satisfying. The service staff was very enthusiastic and would take the initiative to help add drinks. I ordered a chicken roll for dinner, which tasted very good! The hotel is very close to the Cleveland Clinic, and it was very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall and use Uber. The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the room is not very good. And the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland!!!

Check-in time is late and weird
