At this time, I saw many customers coming in from outside the hotel to the front desk. The customer service quickly checked in. We waited until more than four o'clock in the afternoon. Some were anxious. I asked the front desk customer service again. The customer service said that I would wait a while and I had already responded to the manager. It was about 4:15. The front desk customer service checked in for us. Due to our special circumstances, the front desk asked the customer service if we could delay our check-out until 1:00 when we checked in the room late today. The front desk customer service replied that we could not have to check out at 12:00. Very helpless, Unsatisfactory hotel terms specifically bind guests staying, do not constrain the management level of the hotel, home away from home is the service tenet of the hotel!
