4.5/5
Excellent
Aazure2007The rooms in this hotel are quite nice. The twin room is big enough, the facilities are environmentally friendly, simple and clean, and very design-oriented. Sparkling water is available in the corridor, and the children love it. The only bad thing is that the front desk gave me a room with a window facing the inner patio, so there is no view at all, and the frosted glass can only let in a little light. Fortunately, we arrived at night and only stayed for one night, so we didn't change rooms. The hotel is very close to Yale, and it can be reached in ten minutes by car. There is an IKEA mall next to the hotel, and there is a shared free parking lot. But apart from IKEA, there seems to be nothing else.
Jjenny94The location is good, and the parking lot (24 dollars per day + tax) is right in front, so it's convenient. There's a water purifier, so you don't have to buy water separately, and the room and bathroom are also spacious. It's close to downtown New Haven, so it's good for walking around the neighborhood and taking a walk. The staff is friendly, and there's a microwave on the first floor, so you can cook simple meals. Except for the fact that there's no swimming pool in the hotel and the room cleaning takes a long time, this hotel is satisfactory in terms of location and facilities.
王王I traveled in the morning, because this hotel is close to the company, so I chose to stay. This hotel really needs to spit. The air-conditioning outlet in the room is on the floor. When the air-conditioning is turned on, the noise, Emma, originally needs jet lag, but This noise can't sleep at all, unless it can't stand it!
Also, talk about the breakfast at this hotel, a few things every day, no more choices! After eating for a day, I went to Diner, 3 km outside the hotel, the next day! Not recommended but no way, next time I live in countyard, just across the road!
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location but it was moldy and amenities were missing from the room, batteries dead in the thermostat, my first room smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was greasy. When I mentioned the state of my room they quickly moved me to another room so that was nice. The most frustrating part about this hotel was the fact that my family members and I asked weeks in advance if we could book rooms on the same floor in the same general area. The hotel agreed but once we arrived they put us on all different floors, opposite sides of the hotel and everything. We tried to make the best of it. My mother and I as well as my cousins met in my aunt's double room daily so we could all be together but a neighboring room made a noise complaint. They would never have had to complain if the hotel had booked all our rooms together as we had requested.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, quieter than the upper city. Across the road is a 24-hour pharmacy or supermarket, as well as an Internet celebrity restaurant, and it is also close to Central Park. The room is slightly small.
HHuyulingI booked a room with breakfast included. When I had breakfast in the morning, I asked for coffee and fruit (fruit is paid separately). The waiter did not give me a menu and said OK. I thought it was a unified breakfast. But other people's breakfasts were delivered but ours was not. Finally, after communicating with the front desk, the menu was delivered to us. I felt that the waiter discriminated against Chinese people.
毛毛Breakfast is average, there is free parking, high-speed roadside, convenient transportation, good sound insulation of the room, did not feel the impact of high-speed.
DDONGThe service of the hotel is very warm. The boy who entertained us was an Indian boy who was very friendly and smiled very kindly. Since we couldn't find the heating switch, he took the initiative to go upstairs to help us. The hotel has free parking spaces. There are many fast food options nearby, such as McDonald’s and Subway. In addition, there is a Wal-Mart supermarket opposite the hotel. It is also very convenient to buy some living supplies. The only regret is that there seems to be none in the Wal-Mart supermarket. Hot food. The hotel's facilities are relatively old, especially the heating noise is very loud, I even suspected that I was sitting on an airplane when the heating was turned on. Outside the window, it is adjacent to Highway 95. Although the traffic is convenient, it is still a bit noisy. Not enough of these did not affect our rest. It was very hard to drive all the way from Boston. The breakfast is very American and there are quite a few choices. In summary, overall praise should be given.
ZZalotI’ve stayed here once before and I enjoyed myself this time just as much as the last. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Unfortunately the elevator is out of order but it’s only a 3 floor hotel so it’s not that bad. Otherwise the staff was friendly and accommodating.
GGuest UserI've had no complaints when staying at the Mayflower Motel , Milford CT. The staff is super friendly and they'll help with anything you need .
