Nice hotel has food and drinks in hotel. Staff could be more friendly; some are but a few are not. No micro-wave in room which disappoints especially for the price you pay, even cheap best westerns have micro-waves. Location is ok but have to walk several blocks to get to the heart of bars and food, this is a lil scary at night with the high crime rate of the city and many homeless folks everywhere. Came mostly to do the bourbon tours which was great. Watch what they charge you when you get there it will be more than what was quoted to you if you book online ahead, kinda deceiving.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Louisville Marriott Downtown. Located close to great restaurants and entertainment. Carla and Sarah were awesome hosts in the lobby bar. Especially knowledgeable about Kentucky bourbons, they were the best bartending duo we’ve encountered in quite a while.
I stayed with my fiancé as a getaway to some health issues he had earlier this summer and for a change of scenery. Beautiful exterior and lobby. It appears they have either local or vintage art throughout. The rooftop bar and resteraunt had a great ambiance and beautiful views of the city. We enjoyed the happy hour and other small bites and the food was fantastic. Based on these things, I expected the rooms to match the charm. I was so disappointed however that they didn’t. There’s room for improvement as far as some additional art decor in the room and the lighting is terrible. In the evening, the dim lights make you feel claustrophobic and a little like you’re in prison (eek!). The beds were comfortable and pillows were great, so a few changes could really turn things around. I think the biggest issue this hotel will face in the long term is upkeep and cleanliness. For being only opened a year, it’s starting to feel run down. There are chip and loss of paint on the walls, and the carpets have stains throughout. I’d fire the manager and hire a new director of housekeeping. In the bar upstairs, one of the lounge benches was missing about a yard of fabric and was shredded so badly it was embarrassing. You could see the foam. The showers have a half of a door, so water easily can make the bathroom floors wet. I’m wondering if this is causing water damage, since on the ceilings is appears that it may be. Also, they don’t accept all major credit cards, which their website didn’t indicate. When I checked in, they shared that their system is “finicky” with Discover card. They were nice enough to extend a 50 dollar credit for the hassle, however. Overall, If you’re in town, come for a drink or dinner, but stay at the Omni or a Marriot.

The property was unique and in excellent condition. We had a wedding party with over 18 rooms. The sales team and Hotel management worked hard to meet all our needs (before and after). Breakfast each morning was great and high quality. The bar and lobby area were conducive to a large group like ours. The property management was very open to input post - event. I highly recommend this location
During our recent stay at 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville, we had some positive experiences but also encountered significant issues that completely marred our visit. On the positive side, the food and cocktails at Proof on Main were fantastic. The staff at the restaurant as well as the the friendly doormen, contributed positively to our stay. We also appreciated the art gallery, a highlight from our previous visit, which once again added a unique touch to our experience. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, meeting our expectations. However, upon checking in, we discovered that the perks we were entitled to through our booking with a travel advisor, such as breakfast, property credit, and room upgrade, were not initially applied. The front desk eventually resolved these issues by providing breakfast vouchers and confirming our upgrade, though the lack of initial acknowledgment was disconcerting. Additionally, when we checked out, the property credit was not applied which added our frustration after the experiencing the peculiar situation below. Unfortunately, a troubling incident involving my missing purse from our hotel room overshadowed our stay. Despite our assurances that it was likely taken by accident with the linens, the hotel's handling of the situation was extremely poor. We spent considerable time dealing with the front desk, cancelling credit cards, and worrying about the lost purse, which significantly affected our trip. Although the purse was eventually returned, the staff's reluctance to take responsibility and the persistent issues with our booking perks left us with a negative impression of the 21c Hotel brand. Over a week later, I still have not received a response from management about our experience. We will not be back nor will we recommend 21C to others.
I wanted to share an amazing experience at the AC Hotel in Louisville KY. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is even more amazing. You can tell that there is a culture of customer service excellence. The staff is very well trained ad accommodating. I frequent this hotel for business travel, and each time there are positive interactions with the staff. I wanted to call out two individuals especially for going over and beyond. Chris Fletcher (sales coordinator) and Pamela who absolutely owns the front desk. I strongly encourage you to stop by. Pamela will make you feel at home with her warm smile and infectiously positive energy. -Cheers.
The bed and room were good, housekeeping was very good, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. I agree with others that the bathroom lighting is very dim so you’ll have to move a lamp in there if you want to put on makeup. The even number rooms have traffic and sometimes stadium noise but it wasn’t too bad. The A/C worked just fine for us. No smart tv was kind of weird. The breakfast options were better than average with a taco bar but do not expect a single gluten free choice if that is something you need. The front desk took 24 hours to find a package that had been delivered for me but eventually did and all other deliveries were handled promptly. There was a discrepancy between my final bill and the reservation rate but that was handled efficiently. I didn’t expect it but you have to pay $10/day parking. But I would choose this over the nearby Hampton Inn that is literally on the highway.
We have stayed here before to go to 4th street live. It is walking distance so that makes it super convenient. We love the rooftop bar! The food is great and its a fancy atmosphere with fire light and glowing furniture. The food is really good there as well. This particular trip however, we were going to see Willey Nelson on a Thursday and the rooftop bar (outside area) was not open and we were very disappointed, but our fault for not checking first. The breakfast was good and the two girls that worked the breakfast area were bad asses. They were super busy when we went there and were running around like crazy to make sure everyone was happy. Great work to them.
It is a pet friendly hotel however there’s no grass area on the property. You have to walk across the street and down half a block to a spot in front of a white castle. Was a little strange. The bed was comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Parking across the street was easy but the one-way streets made it time-consuming to drive around the block with 3 stop lights after unloading. neighborhood was a little sketchy and a homeless man 1 block away was pressuring me for money.

GGuest UserThis was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!
GGuest UserOk room with a great location. Lots of places to go within walking distance. Pool is not heated. My only ding is the breakfast. It was woefully anemic with offerings and not good at all. Stay for the location, but bring your own food or plan to go out for breakfast. Also coffee was not good and there no flavored creamers.
HHanyiiGreat location and friendly staff. Spent one night with the family and breakfast was exceptional. Very clean. Only one issue is the exhaust fan in one of the bathroom wasn’t working. Strongly recommend this hotel.
刘刘Stayed here for the second time, because it was on Saturday, so the price is more expensive than usual, but the hotel is good, the swimming pool gym has, do not like to eat old American breakfast, go out to the hotel for a few minutes to have Chinese food, location Very good, there are shuttle buses from the airport for ten minutes. Overall recommendation.
JjustpassingthruExcellent low spot rooms were clean well-kept linen was spotless the front desk Clerks tend to stare at you too much when you come downstairs for breakfast, and they hawk-eye your plates as if you're not going to eat a sausage biscuit and a bagel would you pay $6 for if you order on this website here. Either way, hot shower totally worth it, neighbors are quiet my room was near the elevator, and it didn't smell like a locker room in the fitness center. Although it was an excellent day and I was very happy, even extended by a day. I think you'll love it oh, it's typical Ramada Style at a price we can all afford!
GGuest UserAttended a trade show at the KY Expo Center. Hotel was conveniently located. Wish breakfast offered bigger selection, but it was adequate. There were almost NO restaurants in the area. Due to my own fault, I messed up our reservation; the hotel management helped me straighten the mess that I created.
GGuest UserDon't get fooled! The outside isn't pretty but the inside of these units are no different than what one would find in a 3+ star. The security deposits take a little bit to be refunded, but, despite that, solid choice
Much more comfortable, much nicer room than others in the vicinity in this price range, hence the 10. I would recommend staying here to friends. Staff was nice, friendly, accommodating, was able to check in a little early actually. Was nice ..extremely satisfied.
Nned fBooked online for family to see thunder on Ohio, front desk lady checks me im then asks how many adults I say 2. She says other guests name I say Adrian. She says ”where is he!” I say well she's disabled so she's waiting in my car. This woman starts screaming furiously ” if he disabled then how will he get up stairs!” I calmly said calm down I'll just help her up the stairs. I repeatedly said please just let me go get her if you need her While she says stay right there! Every time I looked outside she keeps screaming no! You stay right there! She gets on her phone says” I have security check your car for him where is he!” By now other guests gathered to laugh at me getting yelled at by her while her ”security” looked more like her husband, wandered through the parking lot looking for a man with my wife's name evidently. She was just too irate to communicate with. I finally said look please just refund me. She prints a refund points to the door yelling get out! While other guests laughed. I walk past her ”security” mugging me all menacingly to my wife and tried to explain why we had to leave. We were well dressed in a new car, well behaved. It was appauling. It all but ruined our very expensive trip to thunder. Wife was very upset. The extended stay was like heaven for a few bucks more.
