This hotel was AMAZING - what a unique experience. We stayed in a renovated TRAIN CAR which was absolutely one of the most interesting rooms I have ever stayed in. Absolutely loved it - and location is absolutely perfect. The customer service was also FANTASTIC (I left my glasses, and they shipped them back to me one day later) - you don't get this type of service in a typical hotel. Charm of a boutique hotel with the amenities of a more established hotel - the experience simply cannot be beat.
We celebrated our 40th anniversary here and it was extremely nice! The breathtaking ambiance when you walk inside to the bellmen with the hats and curtesy they gave us when we first arrived. Our room was on the 10th floor end unit as we walked inside was kinda small but the bathroom was big! Quiet room, pillows were ok but bed was very comfortable! Room service was great but only Friday-Sunday, very disappointed as we stayed through Monday. I love in room service fir breakfast especially! The restaurant was superb and our waiter Chris was absolutely perfect! The bartender in the front bar named I believe Barry was such an amazing guy! Good food in there to order as well! Anything you needed the front desk accommodated very nicely! The tour of room 311 was definitely a must! Valet Parking was a bit pricey but worth it! You will be happy to book this for your stay in Chattanooga! Great memories! So much to do in Chattanooga!
Hotel was clean and easily accessible to a number of activities in Chattanooga. The valet parking was also extremely helpful as there were many events occurring over the weekend we were there. Nathaniel, our valet, was especially helpful as he ensured a quick turn in bringing the car around, especially in this heat!

We spent a wonderful night at the Hotel Indigo Chattanooga. The hotel is updated and comfortable, with very friendly and welcoming staff members. Special recognition for Aaron at check-in and all of the great valet staff. We had a hotel upgrade to a suite based on our IHG membership level. The suite was tastefully decorated with modern touches, and it was a very quiet and cool retreat on a hot July night. The location is great with a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Broad Street & Market Street, and all of the attractions near the River. We’ll be back!
Stayed here again in late June 2024, and once again the room and the service were spectacular. The front desk clerk, Trinity, was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and check-in was a breeze. The valet service was also very fast. The room, a suite on the 4th floor, was beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel is chic but not stuffy. The speakeasy also remains one of the coolest bars in the city. It was a very relaxing stay, and the Kinley remains the best hotel in Chattanooga.
The downtown location offers everything within a walking distance. The staff is very, very welcoming, helping and friendly. The cost for parking is expensive, mostly you have to go get the car yourself. The hotel is outdated and the furniture throughout the hotel has seen better days., The room was clean, basic amenities were available. For a business trip, this hotel offered what you need, a clean room, safe parking, good location, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is in cooperation with a restaurant which charges an insane amount of money for breakfast (it's not worth it); the coffee available in the lobby is ok. If you look for a great breakfast or coffee place, there is a restaurant called Maple Street Biscuit Company around the corner, 3 minutes to walk, they have excellent coffee and great food, the welcome is superb and the atmosphere great! During my next business trip to Chattanooga I would stay at a different hotel.
Booked three rooms for one night through Expedia and chose pay at hotel option. Unfortunately, my card was charged prior to check in preventing me from using an alternative payment method. I was told the fine print allows GM this option. First time this has happened to me and we travel often. The hotel lobby refreshments for purchase was severely under stocked, with bottled water being one of the items they were out of. One staff member had a very casual attitude about this while another offered us each a small bottle (8 ounces) they had behind the counter. Small consolation. After check in there were two $25 holds placed on my debit card which the front desk could not explain and claimed they didn’t see in their system (well they are certainly pending on my account), and it was not for incidentals as I used a different card. The room I booked for my parents was on the second floor and they do not have an elevator nor did they ask if anyone had an issue with stairs. This wasn’t good for my Dad that has trouble with his knee. Then the toilet in their room leaked the entire time. The tub in my sons room was less than clean. The comforter on one of the beds in my room was stained. My keycard did not work - my child and husband were escorted by the same young lady that was casual about not stocking water back to the room where I was waiting outside the door, we were let in and I was asked to show my ID. What?!?!? There was no staff change, these were literally the same staff members in duty when we checked in less than one hour ago, and asked about water two minutes before. Last but not least, the carpet in the common hallway was damp and smelly. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it’s the little things that matter and they have more than missed the mark. Pros - They were moderately priced, in a good location, overall cleanliness was satisfactory.

I have stayed in this hotel at least half dozen times now and have always had exceptional guest service. Over the Labor Day weekend I got there after having a very stressful week. I had mistakenly booked a room with one bed. After informing the guest services of my error, they immediately got to work, trying to find some alternatives for me. I was given so much attention, it was refreshing. They found a room accommodating my request / need. If I'm in the Chattanooga area I never want to stay anywhere else. Well done.
We have stayed at this property every year for the past several years. We come to town for the Valentine's Dinner Train. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. The morning breakfast staff does an excellent job. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hhollyk275WARM indoor /outdoor pool with waterfall feature, love the elkay water refill stations-we always travels with our own water bottles to avoid buying plastic and they have a water refill station in the lobby. AC in the room was quiet, comfortable bed and the pillows were perfect. Clean hotel, offers a free breakfast with waffle station, eggs, cereals, muffins and all that. Highly recommend. Convenient to walk around downtown . If you can't find a parking spot in the parking lot to the front desk and they will let you park in the 10 minute parking overnight. Only downside was the evening front desk person was very grouchy and rude.
22055156386The hotel is in a very good location, you can walk to the river, and the aquarium is just across the road. There are many restaurants around, and there are many choices. The hotel is not special, it is quite standard, and the room is relatively large.
MMichael MI don't think I've ever had a better hotel experience for under $75 per night. Great staff, very clean and updated room, comfortable beds, no-frills (but good) breakfast, and parking right outside our room. It's just what we needed after a stressful day of travelling.
The Mainstay Suites in Chatanooga TN was a great place to stay for a night. The rooms were big and spacious, comfy, soft beds and a nice kitchen for cooking away from home. There was even this nice red couch for hanging out on. There isn't any breafkast in the morning, but they are located next to plenty of great places to scope out.
SSJC30215This hotel is aging, but much nicer than the prices suggest. There were stains on the hall carpet (but people are slobs and may have dumped their cokes yesterday) and some maintenance issues like the broken USB ports on one bedside table. The AC in our room (and the two others we were allowed to check) were quite loud and rattley. But I still had the best night of sleep I've had in months. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast included hot options. The location was excellent for the things we were visiting (Racoon Mountain cavern and the Incline Railway). Adjust your expectations for the price point and be pleasantly surprised.
Rrlb2112Anand helped get us in our room without a reservation in only a few minutes. The property is clean inside and out, and I wouldn't have a problem recommending the hotel. I also appreciate there being security cameras in the parking lot after having my Jeep broke into a couple weeks ago at another hotel....
If I could rate this hotel a minus 10 I would. When we arrived at the hotel to check in the clerk was very rude. When we asked to check the room out he gave us a key to a room. My wife and I went and checked it out, it wasn’t the cleanest hotel room that we’ve stayed in but we said that it would do. When we went back to finish the check in process the clerk took back the key of the room that we had checked out and gave us the key to another room. When I questioned him on why he said that the room we had checked was a disability room and that we were not disabled. We then asked if we could check out the new room he said no that we had already checked out a room. I then told him that I was not going to accept a room that I had not checked out. He became very rude and started speaking in a language that I did not understand. After several minutes of arguing back and forth about the reason for and not allowing us to check the different room, I told him that we were not going to stay there and to cancel our reservations.
GGuest UserI stayed for almost a week at La Quinta in Hixson for a business trip. Cindy and Mary were excellent the entire time I was here and made sure my stay was satisfactory in every way. The hotel is very clean as well as the queen suite we stayed in. They also had a huge breakfast selection that was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other business acquaintances.
GGisela EThe location is perfect if one has to get to the airport, & is not far away from downtown Chattanooga, The bed was comfortable, the facility clean, The room/kitchen had no coffeepot nor coffee/tea or dishes/pots/pans/silverware. Wake-up service was 20 minutes too early, kind of bad when one has to get up at 5 AM, It would be nice if there was something available to eat - a danish or something - for those who have to get up before breakfast is served. And, of course, if there was a coffeepot in the lobby so guests could enjoy it when needed. But the bed was comfy; everything was very clean.
the hotel I was supposed to stay in was overbooked so they recommended I move to this location. I arrived at 2:00 am tired and frustrated only to find out the booking was incorrect and made for the following night. The young lady at the desk took it on herself to speedily correct the situation , offered me a late check out and ensured I was in the room within 15 mins of arrival. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to as this was above and beyond

Tennessee Aquarium
Ccdjvalencia03Tennessee aquarium is huge. It features two buildings, one for seawater and one building for the river creatures. You will need 3-4 hours just to see everything! But its worth it. :)
Ruby Falls
铁铁木儿爸爸It is an attraction in Lookout mountain , which was an inner mountain waterfall that was dug down from the top of the mountain. Take the elevator to go down when you visit. Imagine that the husband who dug the hole with his wife Ruby climbed for hours to see the waterfall, and the wife's appetite and body were good enough. It also retained the cross section of the tunnel. Climb inside and see that the knees will crawl. The waterfall lights and music are only open for seven minutes, and you need to take pictures. It is best to turn on the mobile phone flash in advance or remove the mobile phone cover (some mobile phone shells will cause reflection and affect the shooting effect) to save time.
Walnut Street Bridge
1186***06Very good place to walk, wooden bridge walk, you can see the blue view, and the Tennessee River view. There is also a corresponding historical introduction on the bridge. The bridge is close to downtown and the blue view, and the other side is a park, you can walk.
Bessie Smith Cultural Center and Chattanooga African American Museum
美美丽的地球A museum introducing Africans to the United States will of course see the history of black Africans being trafficked to the Americas, and the history of black self-improvement.
