Best Nogueiro e Tenoes Hotels

A very comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. No problem with Wi-Fi. Parking in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Hotel a little out of the city centre but we had chosen it no surprise.

Exceptional hotel! All at the maximum: room cleaning, staff friendly, breakfast rich with fresh and well-assorted products. Well heated ambiences despite the huge spaces; rooms with home and super large bathroom with shower and bathtub. You can't wish better! Compliments to Melia! Surely we'll come back! Outdoor free parking possibilities. The only small neo is the distance from the center, but not too far. Good staff boys!

Great views. The location alone makes it 4 or 5 stars. Right next to Bom Jesus, lots of walking trails, garden, children's park , outdoor exercise equipment, very small but cute and romantic lake with boat rentals in walking vicinity. Note, you have to go thru security gate to access parking area of all 3 or 4 hotels in same area. The hotel is a refurbished older boutique style hotel, which we loved. Clean, comfortable, quiet and room darkening shutters.

A good or luck have chosen this hotel for a quick visit to Braga since the hotel itself is located in the monument to visit (bom Jesus do monte) and very close to another point of interest (basilica de Sameiro) The hotel is an old and safe hotel would be a good repas, but it is clean, beautiful and very good location. Reasons for oversight to give you a very good assessment.

The Bom Jesus site is busy during the day but dead at nighttime. There is no bar or restaurant at this hotel and the food at the neighbouring sister hotel was so poor we did not eat it. In the neighbouring village all 3 restaurants were shut so we went without evening food 3 nights running. The staff at reception were friendly and did their best but could not make up for the lack of facilities. There were no bottles of water in the room, none at reception and no place / shop to get water at the time we arrived (6:30). Room was tired although the view from the window was excellent. Braga has plenty to offer but is a €10 taxi ride away. Better staying in Braga.

We came in family (2 adults and 2 children 3 and 5 years old) early July 2023, the host person did not make any effort to exchange with us. In French and a little Portuguese, she has not even tried to communicate slowly with us or even to find ways to explain things to us, and also the impression of being taken up or even disturbing him. Estive hospedada por 4 noites. O hotel é novo, quarto espaçoso e confortável, cama queen macia, roupa de cama e de banho de qualidade. Cofre que acomoda laptop. Tudo muito limpo. Banheiro com bom tamanho, box amplo com ótimo chuveiro e espelho para maquiagem. A Internet é rede aberta, bem fraca, muito lenta, não deu para usar. Localização excelente, perto do complexo desportivo, local agradável e me senti segura. Pertinho do hotel tem um shopping. Equipe recepção atenciosa e gentil. Café da manhã é bom, com iogurte, frutas, pães, croissant muito gostoso, queijos diversos, suco de laranja natural e ovos. É possível solicitar omelete no café da manhã, mas não tem sinalização indicando esse benefício, só fui descobrir um dia antes de ir embora. Ponto fraco do hotel é o atendimento das hostess no café da manhã. Com o salão de café da manhã completamente vazio elas determinam a mesa onde você deve sentar. Isso aconteceu todos os dias em que eu estive lá, não me agradou pois o salão estava completamente vazio e eu tinha que sentar na mesa que ela determinava. Teve um dia inclusive que a hostess chamada Sofia associou o fato a categoria no programa de fidelidade da rede do hotel. Posso entender designar a área a ser usada, mas especificar a mesa, nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel que me hospedei na vida.

Infelizmente só não têm melhor avaliação por ter de entregar a chave de cada vez que saía, mas ainda pior porque na última noite estive cerca de meia hora a tocar à campaínha para que me abrissem a porta. Quando abordei a vossa colaboradora e perguntei se estava tudo bem, respondeu ”sim, porque não haveria de estar?” ao que respondi que estive cerca de meia hora a tocar à campaínha e inclusive cheguei a ligar para a recepção, mas a pessoa levantou as sobrancelhas, encolheu os ombros e riu. Se o atendimento é 24/7, um pedido de desculpa teria sido suficiente. Acerca da limpeza, era boa, o quarto era espaçoso, com arrumação, mas infelizmente ouvia muito barulho. As cortinas apesar de opacas, também não tapavam totalmente a claridade.
