All of sudden at Calicut we heared about this location and decided to stay there.location is very nice.one hour away from Calicut.food is ok.complimently breakfast is also good.staff is very helpful.we reach at 10pm.they took 1000 ₹ for extra bed.At 11 pm we asked for packed mineral water bottles but they can’t provide it.

The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range

We spent last 3 days in the hotel with family, everything was good about the hotel, starting from checkin, room service, house keeping and check out. Rooms are good and well maintained. Located in walkable distance from the railway station, lavish car parking area, overall good experience.

It's an old property but maintained good by keys hotel group. Its in prime location near to rely station, busstand and market too. Good services and excellent complimentary breakfast. Enjoyed the stay so i strongly recommend hotel malabar gate by keys group

I recently stayed at emerald, calicut, and while there were some positives, a few issues affected my experience. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, i faced communication issues among the staff, particularly regarding my request for an extension until 2 pm. Additionally, the room phone was faulty, and the toiletries provided were subpar, with old towels that need replacement. These aspects could definitely be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.

As a kind gesture, they offered me a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was truly impressive—completely healthy, with no maida or white sugar. They used only millets, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome start to the day.
A great stay with exceptional service and a strong focus on health-conscious food. Highly recommended!

TTraveling TanI stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

GGuest UserIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

Hot water is readily available although they turn it off and you have to request it be put on. Bed was comfortable. Air con was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.
