GGuest UserThe airport shuttle service was disappointing. The hotel staff failed to provide the pick-up location and did not inform me of the shuttle schedule at the time of booking. Although I had provided my flight details and arrival time when reserving the service, I had to send several messages after arriving at the airport before receiving a reply with the pick-up location and shuttle schedule. This left me waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. While the hotel eventually arranged for a private car to pick me up immediately, such a mistake is unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
The gym equipment is somewhat basic. Given that this hotel is located near the airport, most guests likely choose to stay here because they have a flight the next day. As such, guests are unlikely to leave the hotel once checked in, making the quality of the hotel's facilities even more important. This is an area I recommend improving.

NNaedzIm pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

SS.The place is very clean, close to the airport. Breakfast was nice but without any coffee or tea. It would be nice to have a cuppa in the morning.
Moreover it would be appreciated if they offer an hourly shuttle from the airport to the hotel with some charges instead of taking a taxi, where the communication is very difficult with the taxi driver.
In short, the place is recommended as it is near the airport and extremely clean and friendly.

이이태구The location for transit passengers is the best as it is located inside the airport. The room is small, but there is no problem taking a break. The facilities are not old enough. The air conditioner is a mobile air conditioner, so it is noisy and Crucially there is no hair dryer, which is inconvenient.

AAndrewI had a pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-maintained, and I stayed in two different room types, both of which offered good views. The only issue I encountered was with one of the two sets of room keys, which initially didn't work. However, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, even accompanying me to the room to ensure the key was working properly after the fix. Their responsiveness and attention to detail left a great impression. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

DdekoI like the location as it is near to Soekarno Hatta Airport & they provide 24hrs shuttle service. You can whatsapp the hotel via phone number provided at their website 1 day before prior to your arrival at the hotel.
The room & bathroom are clean. Affordable for a solo traveller.

GGuest UserThe staff are friendly and understanding, starting from checking in, and checking out. Amazing welcome experience. I am not sure what's the name of receptionist that serve me on the 28/12? Please check your system to convey my thanks to this lady who is so professional, knowing what she's doing, always smiling, 😊 The checking in is so smoothly.From security to restaurant all staff are properly trained 👍I will definitely recommend to all my staff, Relatives, friends. JJTtops7The Terminals are far apart so a car or train ride is required to get to the right terminal for the hotel. The trains is closed at night and the busses travel every 1.5 hours but for a few you can take a taxi that accepts only Indonesian rupees. Once arrived you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room which is quite compact but cosy enough. There's plenty of local restaurants for a breakfast meal in the morning and small shops.

AAnonymous UserIt's unfortunate that there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport after 3 PM. The hotel can arrange transportation, but we must pay IDR 55,000 for pick-up outside of shuttle hours. However, according to the hotel information, it should only be IDR 35,000.
