Ttraveller momsFirst hotel that we can reach after exit highway of karawang barat. Located exactly in front of the circle of karawang, so its easy to find. The hotel room was clean, great interior, with Japanese style. The swimming pool not so big but enough, the water of the pools was dirty. Variant of the breakfast no so many and the taste quite good. Parking area provided in front of the loby also basement P1 and P2.

JJIMIXIf you are not going to play golf it is not worth staying at this hotel. I booked 4 nights because I thought it was the best hotel in Karawang but now I have my doubts. Next time I go I will change hotels to check it out. The price-quality ratio is good, but be careful that they have an old part and a new part, pay attention to where you stay. Gym area, ”Japanese” bathing area and swimming pool, good. Very average massage with a good price. The best thing about the hotel is the service and availability to help, without ever missing a smile, excellent. The negative part, the lack of professionalism in the Japanese restaurant and at breakfast. An example, at 8:30pm at Japonés, ”last order” and I wanted to order a beer and there were three waiters sitting on the floor behind the bar, like this story I have three more. In short, I do not recommend this hotel if you are not going to play golf.

AAnton CiptomoSudah berkali- kali stay di Batiqa Karawang, cuma kali ini sangat mengecewakan, AC sama sekali tidak dingin, padahal waktu pesan sudah di masukkan ke note permintaan khusus. Waktu komplain memang kamar akhirnya pindah ttp AC juga tidak terlalu dingin, apalagi cuaca Karawang sangat panas.
Masukan aja bagi pihak hotel agar semua AC di kamar Batiqa lebih baik peremajaan. Karena sdh uzur.
Supaya tamu betah di dlm dan bisa tidur dgn nyaman. Apalagi tamu yg stay di situ kebanyakan kalangan pebisnis.

DDuong To Great service and friendly staffs however was disappointed with the fact the spa only open from 7pm to 10pm for men plus the staffs in the spa was a little rude and not helpful at all.

SSK WINThe hotel is quite good, the food is delicious and there are quite a lot of variants for that price, the jacuzzi and spa open at 1 pm. The swimming pool is a bit dirty so the kids don't swim. Hopefully in the future the facilities and services will be even better.
