The room was clean and nice,
However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day.
Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned
The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there

For the cheap price anyway. Rooms are not very clean.
The toilet is quite clean.
There is no mineral water. AC cold.
For that price, it's worth it so there's no need to ask for more.

From the outside, it's a little small, when I entered, it turned out that there were a lot of rooms. The elevator is large. The air conditioner TV is ok, the toilet hot water is not on. There is a gap in the door of the room, so it looks like it is taken from the outside. Near the rsj sleeping. Not bad for a tight rest.

The location of the hotel is in the eastern area of โโSurabaya. Close to Bu Rudi, Bu Kris, 10 minutes to Galaxy Mall, 20 minutes to Atum market, also close to Gubeng station.
The rooms are quite spacious, towels, toothpaste and drinking water are provided. There are glasses, teapots and tea, etc.
I ordered 2 rooms. 1 room is really okay. 1 room is missing. The towels were musty, the water in the bathroom was very small.
Overall, for a budget of around 200 (the price when I booked) it's okay.

When I entered the room, I found that all four-person rooms had a set of utensils, a set of towels, a set of liquid shampoo, and a set of slippers. There was a large bed with a sofa bed but no quilt. I called Ask someone to see Li off and wait half an hour to the left for someone to see Li off first. However, the waiter was so mean that when I asked him to turn left and turn four times, he always greeted people with a smile. The parking lot was so narrow that even a big D car could not park there. The breakfast buffet is good and not worth the 60 Hong Kong dollars, but the swimming pool is pretty and there should be no people swimming there.

Although the facilities are limited, but the location is quite strategic, out of the hotel there are many food sellers, indomaret, alfamaret, superindo, ATM, pharmacy. Find breakfast is also easy. And the most important thing is that it is close from the hospital.

The location is right in the middle of town. The facilities are okay, there is a gym n pool, bathtub in each room. The pool is clean and doesn't smell of chlorine. Friendly reception. There are free snacks and drinks every 3pm. And popcorn, not bad for snacking while watching in the room. Order on a trip to get a promo for only 200 thousand. Okay all in all

NNasirI didn't stay here, because I went to sby to get a therapy. It turned out that 3 days before I left, my condition fell. & In my city, a special doctor is not easy. Finally got a doctor on Friday & I didn't come here. But my friends said the place is clean & comfortable

GGuest UserValue for money. I found the room somewhat smaller than I expected but if was sufficient. The bed was relatively comfy and the tv had ample English language channels to while away the time. Across the road is a 24hr pizza joint (Pizza Shack) that came in handy when I got hungry and didnโt feel like ordering a Gojek/Grab food delivery. The checkin and checkout process was simple and very quick. About a kilometre away is Plaza Surabaya (a big shopping mall) that has all the usual shops and restaurants. A Gojek costs 11000 Rupiah ($1 AUD) on a bike to get there. For west youโre paying you canโt go wrong. I would stay here again.

BBenji0322It is in a great central location in Surabaya, the airport is 30 minutes north and the bus terminal is 30 minutes south. The staff are really nice and incredibly helpful. I stayed in the cabin which is really small, for 1 night it was all I needed, although the bedsheet has a few marks on it. The shared bathroom is decent enough.

MMaggie BudionoBooked the smallest room. Enough for a night, since we left in the morning. Aircon cold enough for us to sleep well thru the night. Super rare to find foldable bench on the shower & foldable luggage rack in the room, although the rack is broken. No space to put bottles im shower, and the rain shower didn't work. Interior finishing is rusted & dirty....needs some improvement.
