Best Liverpool Hotels

If you are heading to Anfield Stadium for a match, this hotel should be one of your best choices. At the very beginning, I thought it was a bit far away from the city centre, however, in fact there are quite a number of bus service to the city centre with just around 15 mins. Ok, by Google map, 30 mins on foot to Anfield. A bit far away? Trust me, you will end up spending an hour to queue for a bus. 30 mins walking back to the hotel definitely is the best choice. Just next to a supermarket where you can buy bottle water, next to Mcdonald as well. Walking back to the hotel and enjoy a British Pub food is also a nice choice. Staffs are friendly, and provide useful tips. Helped me to print out my broading pass. To conclude, my 3 nights stay was worthy!

Very good, cost-effective

Fantastic location. Faye upgraded our room my son was over the moon with the facilities. Faye was manager but also front of house. Faye ordered our taxi straight to Anfield, Faye also gave us the local taxi number. The room we had the skyliner had a massive bath that needed filling but only by members of staff. I rang at 00:00 and they filled it for our arrival back at the hotel. Plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend to families, singles and couples.

The second time I stayed at Liverpool Raddison Red, this time I had a bad experience from the beginning 👎🏻 Because I was traveling with my kids and three big suitcases, the Italian girl at the front desk gave us the farthest room on the 5th floor, which required us to pass through 4 fire doors. I almost collapsed dragging my suitcases... I went downstairs angrily to ask the girl at the front desk to change rooms. The girl pretended that her English was not good and kept saying that there was no suitable room, which delayed us for more than an hour... Although we were finally changed to the farthest room on the 4th floor, which only required passing through a fire door... Even the children could see that the girl at the front desk was obviously playing dumb, absolutely bad review

The hotel is literally across the road from Lime Street station so is very conveniently located, about 1 mins walk. The room I stayed in was exceptionally hot, I requested a fan which made little difference as there were no plug sockets next to the bed so it was too far away to impact. The air con is linked to outside temperature so did not bring the room temp down. Was quite noisy due to the location with general noise and traffic noise which could be heard until the early hours. Food was good but over priced, and not much fresh fruit at breakfast. Gym was spacious, but only had 1 running machine. The warmness of the rooms would put me off staying again. Was a good sized hotel with fast efficient lifts and nice staff.

Quite a grand room for a cheap price right in the heart of the city, great stop off point for the night if exploring around Liverpool for a couple of days

It's similar to the low-end express hotels in the country. The lobby and the bar are shared one room. The bathroom should be remodeled. The dry and wet are not separated. The double bed in the double room is also more compact. The advantage is that the location is central, not far from Lime Street Railway Station, the seaside, and Liverpool One. But Liverpool is also a little bit bigger.

This is my second time living in this hostel but was in a room of 4 beds this time. The staff is nice and need to bring me to the room everytime as no door card key was given. There is a cabinet in the bed and can put a small luggage in it. You can bring a lock to lock the cabinet. The water is hit enough and the bed is good to sleep. But the sleeping quality depends on how your neighbors sleep. Can't complain at this price. Very good location as many restaurants, bars and Liverpool Lime station nearby

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value
