第一次來這出差，很晚辦理了入住，非常幸運，遇見了值班經理小東經理，非常有耐心的做了指引，因為拿的行李比較多，都幫忙送到了房間，介紹了這裏餐廳温泉玩的的地方，經常多年外地出差，很少遇見這麼專業的工作人員了，服務態度真的很棒，房間裝修的感覺新中式舒適温馨，真不錯，下次一定來。

Taxi is not expensive! The environment is very good, and they upgraded our room very considerately! There is a supermarket and McDonald's at the door! There is also a big night market close to the hotel! Very good! It is just two intersections away! The children also have slippers and toothbrushes, and small gifts! The breakfast buffet is on the fourth floor! Overall, it is very cost-effective! By the way, the hotel also has vegetable bags that can be put at the bottom of the schoolbag and brought into the zoo! We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. The hotel room is quite large, suitable for a family to travel and live in. The location is also easy to find, next to a shopping mall, very convenient for eating and shopping. It is seven or eight kilometers away from Beijing Wildlife Park, and it takes more than ten minutes to drive there.

After searching, we found a hotel called Gu'an Ruige with good cost performance and relatively high ratings. We were surprised~ We booked an executive king-size bed room. After checking in, we chose a room on the first floor facing the sun. The room was 60+ square meters, with a high ceiling, clean and tidy, and the decoration was quite satisfactory. The dry and wet separation was very good. The bathroom, washbasin, and hot spring were arranged on one side of the room. There were floor-to-ceiling windows and curtains at the hot spring, which provided good privacy. The key point was that there was a TV, so we could watch TV while soaking in the hot spring. The hot spring was not small (the photo looked a little small), which was completely enough~ The reviews all said that the breakfast was good, but I personally think that the dinner buffet was really good. It was written about steak and seafood meals. I looked at the Chinese food, which was mostly Chinese cooking methods. The steak tasted very regular, and the boiled shrimp was also OK. The more delicious ones were the grilled squid, tripe, black pepper grilled shrimp, fried chicken wings, sweet and sour pork tenderloin, and the children liked French fries, Yangzhou fried rice, and king oyster mushrooms. . . The Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, which is not full of ingredients, tastes good. It contains abalone. The key is that the price is amazing, 98 per adult, half price for children, and free for children under 1.2 years old. I stayed in Gu'an for one night on the way back to Beijing and chose this hotel. Hotel location is OK, there are many small restaurants nearby, not too far to walk to several shopping malls. The car can be parked in the back community, and you can get a parking ticket when you leave. The room is relatively large and the facilities are better than I thought. The bathroom was separated by three, and there was a slight smell after the exhaust was opened. It should be that the floor drain was not well deodorized. The mattress is moderately hard and well lit. A special hanging ear coffee bag is also placed in the room. Wifi speed is a little slower and soundproof. Warm service. The price is OK.

The hardware facilities are pretty good. It can be seen that when the hotel was being built, they had ideas for decoration and wanted to do it well. It's a pity that the post-production management failed to keep up, and the hygiene details were also very poor. In order to get the goods, this is the closest hotel and there is nothing to choose from. The variety of breakfast is also pitiful. Drinks and other drinks are served in disposable plastic cups. Can you imagine... Then we booked two rooms and four breakfasts for the three of us. Two of us came to eat. I asked in advance if I could bring a little. The person who didn't come took it back. We understand that the buffet cannot be packed, so we asked in advance and hoped that we could be accommodating even if we brought a bun or something. The service staff strictly prohibited it and we didn't say anything. The most speechless thing was that we turned around and looked at each other. The eldest brother filled a bag full of steamed buns, fried dough sticks, cakes and the like. He chased us and told us that he was an insider. I don’t know if he was an insider or not.
