Stayed at Mughal for 3 months (march to may). Very friendly and helpful staff that will do everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether it is to offer to help carry stuff to your room if they see you are struggling, print documents for you at the reception, receive packages on your behalf if you are not ”home” and in general solve any issues you may have in zero time. The hotel is specially recommendable for families (they have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with kitchen), but also good for long-stay guests like ourself that look for a peaceful place located close to the beach and not far from RAK city & malls. The pool is nicer in reality than in the pictures, and if you want to ”upgrade ”your stay to a 5* experience, then the hotel offers day tickets (for a very modest price!!) to the 5* Hilton resort on the other side of the street, which is one of the best hotels in the area, with a really wonderful pool and beach area. There is also a public beach a little farther down the road (300-400m) and some food trucks and the fish market and harbour is about 500m walking distance to the other direction. Also a thumbs-up to the Liwan restaurant & Czech pub which is in the same building. The Czech Pub and Liwan restaurant share the same kitchen & chefs (the Chef is from the Czech Republic so I specially recommend to try some of the Czech specialties).

During our stay we had a good experience at BM beach hotel and Long Beach campground.We carefully observed the cleanliness, service and safety of your hotel, and the best was especially lifeguard Amanullah is very friendly, active, professional manner, Amanullah always kept the environment at the beach very clean and helped us whenever we went to the beach, giving us sunbeds, umbrellas, etc. without telling us.When he started doing sustainable maintenance, the environment looked very beautiful and our whole family was surprised him. (Safety) Amanullah ensure the safety guidelines and policy he always gave my brother directions on which area were safe to swim and which area were not ,that is absolutely we feel safer here . ( Beach and pool ⛱️) We have traveled to many hotels, and this hotel's beach is very beautiful and clean. The Sands was looks very good. (Activity) There's so many activity this hotel especially I liked most them volleyball game. (Food) The food was delicious and drink's I would like to encourage everyone to come here and enjoy your vacation And above all, thank you very much to Lifeguard Amanullah and the hotel owner and management your hospitality and safety.👍👍 Definitely we will comeback again here soon.

We were a group of families and we had an amazing time at the camp. We enjoyed everything, from the activities to the food, which was especially excellent and delicious. The place itself was wonderful, and everything was perfect. Honestly, I would like to thank Mr. Amr, the reception manager, for his warm welcome and attention to detail. He was very active and diligent, and I truly appreciate his efforts.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.

GGuest UserThe hotel is large and has complete facilities. Half of it is sea water and half is mountain. It is a hotel between the mountain and the sea. Don't worry about the flavor. The breakfast is also delicious. The service attitude is also very good. Recommended

GGuest UserStayed in the family villa which was lovely but had a leaking pipe in the bathroom. After learning that management was already aware of this before checkin, we raised a complaint. Many apologies later and we were upgraded to the 2 bed beach villa with private pool. That room was Devine and would actually consider booking that next time. Breakfast was very decent with a big choice. All halal except one clearly marked section. Plenty of pools to chose from. Only downside might be that the villa itself is quite far from the main building so hold carts are always required but they’re not that long a wait. Overall great stay

VVarun EdnaThe resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly.
As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick.
The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!!
Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!!
Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

Cleaning every day The beds are very soft, large, comfortable The room has everything to make it comfortable to live there Air conditioning, safe, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, 2 bottles of water. Every day everything is updated during cleaning! A mini-bus goes to the sea and back, but unfortunately, only twice a day, I would like more often and a bigger bus, since all the people do not fit at a time. The staff is friendly, but it would be nice if Russian-speaking employees appeared at the reception) I liked the rest, the hotel is good! Thank you very much 🙏

GGuest UserOn January 27th, 2024, my daughter Hannah Gabriele Buan Espino celebrated her 18th birthday at Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, where the venue was Saqr Hall. After the event, we received extremely good feedback from our guests about the food served. They said it was really amazing, cooked fresh and clean. Also, the venue and room was stunning and all the staff were very friendly, with good manners, and very helpful. My husband and I are extremely happy about the feedback and would like to give a BIG thanks to all the team and staff of the hotel, especially Mrs. Thess, who patiently assisted us with all our inquiries and Mrs. Juliet also helped us with room bookings.
