Dirtiest motel i’ve stayed in even the shower was disgusting. $70 a night is crazy work for a crack motel that never gets cleaned. DISGUSTING MOTEL.

I came to Cisco for a school reunion and since the place I usually stay when I come here was booked, this was the next choice. I was a bit hesitant because I didn't have a pleasant experience last time I stayed here but it was my only other choice so I checked in. Front desk service was MUCH BETTER than last time and employees were a lot more friendly. I got to my room and it had been completely redone and looked a lot cleaner and didn't have a musty smell like last time. Wi-Fi actually worked and there's more to choose from on the TV. It looks like it's changed ownership since last time and it got some much-needed TLC because the grounds look like they've been kept up, the exterior is well-lit, and it looks like they actually care about having customers. Will most definitely stay here again.

The room was ok for just sleeping over night, Im very disappointed that my dad came to visit for Easter and chose to stay here cause he has stayed here before and found it ok in the past. This time he told them there was NO HOT WATER in the room for him to shower! NOT COOL! NO REFUND, or Discount!! Basically said it was not their problem. Well YES it is!! You don't do business like that! What a poor business mannors! He will never stay here again if I have anything to do with it!
