The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to the city highlights. The reception is a little hard to find. You have to go to the 19th floor and the you find the first sign of the hotel. From the rooms you have a nice view.

Location is absolutely fantastic! Peak downtown and close to everything. A lot of restaurants, malls, and attractions around. Very good views from the hotel room too. There was a kitchen and a washing machine in the room. Clean.

Location is convenient, and host is very friendly and helpful. The cleaner comes in to clean very briefly everyday, however the cleanliness is bad. Flooring is black and dirty. Cleaner only came in to remove rubbish and replace towels. Bedsheets are not changed. However, the room has a nice view

The room was very spacious and clean, fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the subway, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help—a truly pleasant stay

This homestay has several strong points: The receptionist is very responsive and communicates well, making check-in and any requests easy. And having a washing machine in the unit was a big convenience. However, there were some downsides: - Cleanliness was inconsistent-the room wasn’t as tidy as expected, hairs and dusts were everywhere, but unfortunately, the cleaning staff channeled his anger and yelled at me due to miscommunications between his boss and himself which felt very unprofessional. - Location is okay but not ideal-it’s more than a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station Xiao shi zi which was especially inconvenient with luggage. - Lift issues-since it’s a high-rise, the elevator is painfully slow and often overcrowded, making waits frustrating. Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, but improvements in cleanliness, staff training, and lift efficiency would make a big difference.

Great location, just around the corner from Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave. There's a metro station nearby. My only comment regarding the amenities is that while there is a kitchen, you can't really use the stove which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen.

Very good location, the apartment is clean and well equipped with all necessities eg shower gel, towel, hair dryer, slipper. Decor ok. Didn't use the projector/tv as no instruction on how to turn it on. The bed sheet and blanket are clean. The blanket is big and thick enough. Pillows are ok. Mattress is on the hard side but is ok for me. Daily clean-up, replenish bottled water and clean towels. Only down side is that it is a squat toilet. Good service, prompt response. Overall, it's a good deal with this location.
