Bring you the most perfect experience as much as possible. Regarding the areas where you have pointed out the shortcomings of the hotel, we sincerely apologize to you. There are three elevators located in the lobby downstairs of the hotel, all of which can reach the reception hall. The hotel has always adhered to the core principle of providing guests with a comfortable and convenient check-in and check-out experience. Therefore, one of them is still a dedicated elevator for the hotel, and the feedback from guests has always been very satisfactory. But for the inconvenience caused by the temporary elevator malfunction and safety maintenance in the past few days, I apologize again.
