Room is nice and comfortable. It was originally for 2 pax, we added another pax and bed … so they need time to provide another set. Their response was pretty quick. They will make up the room daily when we are out. We did lots of online shopping at taobao and the concierge is very friendly to receive and send the parcels to our room. We had a few day tour that we need to leave the hotel at 7am and the breakfast only starts at 630am, the restaurant staff allow us to pack our breakfast and even hot beverages, they pack our breakfast so neatly and organised. Recommend!!! I will stay this hotel again for sure.

The price is worth it. Just a good hotel, nothing special. Location is great.

Room and toilet are clean. It comes with a bath tub as well. Location is central with a 24/7 convenience store right across the hotel. There are a few food options along the same stretch as well. Check-in took a while as there is only 1 staff working the counter. Aside from that, will recommend the hotel to fellow travellers.

Good location, near the bustling night life. Front desk service was really good, friendly concierge staff.

Lovely, clean and spacious room. Great breakfast. Disappointing that the spa was not open, even though it was advertised as available.

Overall great hotel with good location, close to food street. The hotel has wonderful breakfast and beautiful entrance hall, but the room does look like requiring a remodel soon, considering it is a Hyatt Regency hotel.

Had a good stay and location was good. Ciggy smell in the smoking room was rather strong, but still highly commended and recommended.
