We are a regular apartment-style hotel in Chongqing with a public lobby. Check-in registration is strictly required according to the requirements of the police station. There is also a 24-hour front desk service to provide you with the services you need in a timely manner before and after check-in. 3. The room you stayed in is white Nordic style, with special texture paint on the wall. It is very popular, so there are many guests staying. But because of the light color, even if we maintain it regularly, there will inevitably be some normal use marks, but our hygiene is swept once a day, and the whole is changed and cleaned after each guest checks out. 3. The refrigerator handle is temporarily damaged and parts need to be purchased. We will send a master to repair it as soon as it arrives, but it will not affect the use of the refrigerator. 4. I am really sorry that there was no bottled water on the first day. This may indeed be our negligence. We will strengthen the inspection of guest rooms and the training of personnel. You can also ask us to send it at any time. But you said that the toilet paper is half a roll, you must have misunderstood. We put a whole roll of toilet paper uniformly, just for the convenience of guests. Our aunt will tear the toilet paper and fold it into a triangle shape.
