Great service , all staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. The room was not in great condition…some areas need to be touched up including mold near the sink, leaking from the shower stall, very slow water flow into the plastic tub. The outlet near the vanity does not work for the hairdryer provided which makes it very difficult to dry and style hair without a mirror. Stains on several counter surfaces which was rather aesthetically unpleasant. Overall, room wasn’t perfect but got the job done. Relatively comfortable stay but room condition could be better.

Room was spacious and clean. Very convenient with lots of food places around and had a massage parlour at level 3 🤩🤩. Only downside was that the washing machine didn’t have a dryer and it took quite long yo dry our clothes in the room. 小丁服务好.

Very conveniently located right in the middle of most places of interest. Lots of eateries around and many food stalls will set up on the streets late night. Very big room that has a sofa good for our in-room supper. Disposable toothbrush, Bath and shower Towel provided daily. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly too. I would have given a full 5-stars if the hotel provided clothes dryers and if the maintenance and cleaning service of the rooms would be more thorough. I had problem with my laundry on the 4th day as the hotel only have washer without dryer. We couldn't find any laundry service in the area who can do normal washing and drying as they cater mostly to luxury items. Ended up wasted half a day to find laundromat which ended up spending time shopping to buy clothes for the rest of the days here. Overall I still highly recommend this place, and would stay if I come back again. Hopefully the next time there's dryer provided.

Located in the heart of ChongQing's CBD. With many tourist attractions within walking distance such as Hongyadong, Jiefangbei and Raffles place. The hotel is located on the tenth floor amd can be a little hard to find from the street level.

Reception was very accommodating. When we arrived she showed us a few rooms to choose from and was very polite and considerate to let us decide which room we preferred most. Location is central and convenient and the room was spacious and had a terrific view of the city.

Overall location and front desk is helpful. Hotel is dated and is easily located using the old name of the hotel (SIKA HOTEL) No tea/ coffee provided except drinking water. Shampoo , bath gel and conditioner provided in small bottles.

The hotel is very central, it's just couple of minutes walk from CBD. The staff was very nice, I could check in early and they gave me a free upgrade. Great value for the money.

This is a good hotel to stay in as there are restaurants in the building, hongyadong to just a short walk away and the public transport is also very close by. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. There is a washing machine in the hotel which os convenient but no dryer. Its a great place to stay - will definitely come back here if I come to Chongqing.

Locations were nice , but there’s road construction / building construction works on going at the midnight. Unable to sleep. But overall were nice the staffs are very nice

Room was nice and clean, same as photo shown. Welcome foreigners! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, even offered a few rooms for us to choose as we arrived very early. Recommend!

NOT EASY TO FIND THE HOTEL DUE LACK OF SIGNAGE ON GROUND FLOOR AND NO STREET NUMBER ON BUILDING. MULTIPLE HOTELS ON SAME BUILDING. RECEPTION STAFF ARE VERY GOOD AND RECEIVED ROOM UPGRADE, THANK YOU. VERY CLEAN ROOM AND BED. VERY SAFE BUILDING WITH SECURITY GUARD AT ENTRANCE. VERY SAFE CITY AND CLEAN, LIVELY AND VIBRANTS. VERY CLOSE TO JIEFANGBEI MONUMENT, HONGYADONG AND EXIT/ENTRANCE NO 6 OF XIAOSHIZI (LINE 1) STATION, 1 STATION TO SHIBATI (JIAOCHANGKUO STATION). ONE DANGER IN CHINA TO YOUR HEALTH IS YOU EASILY PUT ON WEIGHT, SO MUCH DELICIOUS FOODS ! RECOMMENDED HOTEL, BUT DO HOMEWORK TO FIND THE HOTEL (ALSO PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS SIKA HOTEL).

Facilities was very very old. Yet it was advertised on trip as newly opened. This is definitely not a new hotel. The wood were chipped and falling off. Table surface were stained . I didn't dare to stay in the room without doing some cleaning on my own.
