The place has basically no amenities , the service is kinda poor as you always have to call a guy who does act more like he is doing you a favour. The location is a bit complicated to be found ( I had to ask for the locals) and around 20 minutes by foot to the station.

The worst is the smoke smell, it was unbearable enev for just one night. Don't come here if you can stand tobacco smell.

it is very near the Chongqing west station but walk isn't convenient. At minimum 20-25 mins of walking and you need to turn left, when you walk, not right otherwise you will be on the wrong street, you need to go uphill when going from train station to the building. room is very small, a little smelly, enough for 1 night when passing by, I wouldn't like to stay there longer.

Small room with a mini bathroom with squat toilet and couldn't close the door. It git cold from the bathroom. At least the staff was very friendly and helpful. For less price maybe okay. Pictures are misleading.

Was quite hard to find and not a lot of people. Good if you need to go to the train station early or arrive late, but very far from the rest of the attractions.

The homestay is fine and conveniently located right in front of the Chongqing West railway station (about a 5 mins walk). The bed is comfortable and clean, the room is not as clean but is ok overall. You can certainly stay here for one night. The problem is on trip.com they don't mention that the bathroom is in fact shared and is a squat toilet. The bathroom is shared with the entire corridor which is about 5 rooms so it depends how many other guests are there at the same time...
