At 8:19 in the morning, after you checked out, the housekeeper cleaned the room according to the procedures and found no items left behind. At 1:28 p.m. that day, you called to say that your ring was left in the room, and the front desk immediately notified housekeeping to look for it. The housekeeping staff searched every corner of the room (including the gap between the mattress, the corner of the bedside table, etc.) but could not find the ring. You insist on keeping the ring in the room and are quite emotional. The housekeeping lady recalled every detail of cleaning the room that day to make sure that the ring was not seen. The next two times the hotel contacted you, it was your husband who answered the phone and said "it's not valuable and forget it since we haven't seen it."
