It’s a compact hotel located near the JR station, just a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but you have to show your intention when checking in. The reception staff is very attentive. The room is fully equipped. I will come back to stay here again when I have a chance.

Spacious and clean room. The hotel is right next to Chitose Stn. They even offer a free hotel shuttle. 100% recommend if you are taking an early flight out in the morning.

The hot spring is small and there are only two showers. Even if you plan your time, you won't be able to relax in it. There are Genghis Khan restaurants and izakayas nearby.

The bathroom had a chlorine-like smell, so I didn't feel very comfortable. It might be a good idea to put some air freshener or something. However, the location was good, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

The room is very large and spacious, and super comfortable. Our room also has an additional Japanese and Japanese area, which is really spacious, and the heating is very warm. There is a large bath on the roof, which is small but easy to soak in. You can also pay to enjoy the SPA. There is a welcome drink in the lobby on the first floor, and free pick-up and drop-off from New Chitose Airport is also provided. Parking is also provided. It's really convenient and nice.

There is a shuttle to the airport early in the morning, very convenient and close by. The hotel also has a soup curry garaku restaurant.
