Very nice hotel .. everything is good but I wonder why NO ventilation inside the bathroom, so weird 😌

Great location and close to many things. Staff were really kind and helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. My only real complaint is the wifi was terrible and very spotty. It made the experience not as good as we could not enjoy our stay at the hotel between outings since we did not have access to internet.

just a few minutes walk from chiba station and a lot of restaurants and other establishments around the area ...i was very thankful on the attendant...me and my friends were really so surprised and amazed with the room we stay because its so beautiful, clean, has an overlooking view, things needed were prepared .. the shower and bath tub were great with overlooking view as well..i highly recommend this hotel in chiba ..

This is a very clean hotel, close to all, shopping at SoGO just a walking distance, chiba station is also close and great restaurants. Highly rated sushi restaurants around. Love the hotel buffet breakfast. Highly recommended. Affordable price

Good choice for a family of 4 for we had quite a surprisingly sizeable room with two decent queen beds in the en-suite (with a bathtub and a walk-in shower) and another two in the living room plus a sofa that sits four, large coffee table, separate bathroom and a walk-in closet. Breakfast was ok, nothing extravagant. Service was good too, very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was good, except broken hair drier hinge

Why didn't the honkan have coin laundry, too? Or at least, why couldn't the edifices be connected to reach the laundry in the bekkan?

It is really nice and clean

I booked the single standard room and it looked exactly like what I booked, mini fridge with free water and a ice bucket, I'm not sure if the ice were free but you can get them easily near the lift lobby, love the bathtub and the bidet. They provided shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner, I don't see many hotels provide hair conditioner so I was glad to see that. They had the humidifier in the room which was good because it was really dry in the room. Haneda airport limousine bus stop was just beside and behind the hotel so you don't have to worry if you are travelling to and from Haneda airport. The cost of the bus was 1400yen. I would certainly visit the hotel again next time when I visit Chiba again!

Nice and clean hotel Location is good But the JR station will be closed so early Breakfast is also good

The hotel has the main building and annex building, the latter is within a commercial building. The hotel is located above Chiba-Chuou Station with number of shops around. Car parking is outsider of the hotel. The reception staff was so kind to lead us to the car parking space as well as to the annex hotel building. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable but lighting is a bit dim. Breakfast times were busy. Had to queue up about 10 minutes before taking breakfast. The breakfast is acceptable with varieties more suitable for Japanese. We shall stay in this hotel in our next visit.

The room is clean, but a little distance from JR station
