Booked the Japanese-style room with Ryukyu tatami mats, families happy with the stayed. We are surprise there is a washing machine in the room. Overall OK with everythings. Good 👍🏻

It is a great hotel for family vacation. Especially, for children. There are many games and activities. The room is big with good sea view. There are four restaurants to choose for breakfast.

Bad experience for the Easter traveling.

Service is good, the room is clean, there are free laundry room in every floor, many activities in the hotel

Aircon not enough .  the room so hot.

Excellent service, although not all of the staff are good at English but they will try their best to help. The location is not convenient for those who doesn’t drive, there are no restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You have to take taxi to moon beach area for some foods and groceries unless you stayed at the hotel all day long. There are dusts around the corner in the room, and no one clean up the corner during my 3-day visit. But overall the room is clean and tidy.

The place is beautiful and the dolphins is soooo cute. They have coconut water and i loqt off Okinawa fruit and attractions. If you want to do the activities need to reserve one weel before.

There are so many fun activities in the hotel. If you stay for three nights in the off-season, you will get free lunch. You can also participate in paid activities at a discount. It is a paradise for children. This year, it feels like the off-season is not off-season. All rooms are fully booked. Fortunately, the weather is good. Everything is worth it.

This was the best hotel for families with children! There are hot springs, a pool, and a beach nearby, so even if the weather is bad you can relax inside the hotel!

Renaissance Hotel has a very holiday atmosphere. There are more than 5 dolphins, a group of manta rays, several big turtles, many birds, and two poor little kangaroos on the beach. I arrived at 12:30 and checked in first. I could get the room card at 2 o'clock and check in. Check out at 11 o'clock. I didn't participate in any paid projects. In winter, boat activities such as watching the sunset yacht and the glass boat watching small fish are closed. The others are touching dolphins and feeding manta rays. It's okay not to participate in them. I went to see three dolphins swimming in the shallow sea first, and some were locked in a small area. Those who didn't make an appointment in the small area could not enter but could watch from a distance. They would perform circling and other projects. There are three restaurants in the hotel and three outside. The room I booked includes breakfast and dinner. For dinner, I made an appointment for the sushi restaurant buffet at the front desk. There are few seats and make an appointment in advance for the first show at 5:30. The quality is very good. There was tuna that day. The dining order was good and super satisfied. For breakfast, I went to the buffet restaurant on the first floor. First, find the staff to get a number, or scan the code to get a number. This store is open until 10 o'clock and the buffet breakfast on the second floor is open until 9:30. There are many people but there are Internet-famous turtle bread and hand-squeezed orange juice. At first glance, there is nothing to eat, but everything is delicious. There are more children in this restaurant than on the second floor, and they are noisy. The sea view of the Renaissance Hotel room is not as good as that of the Monterey Hotel. Its view faces the play area. The room is a bit old, the shower station is in the bathtub, the toilet is in the shower room, and the towel is placed on it. The toilet is not separated separately, which is very unhygienic. The curtains are not shading, and the windows are not soundproof. There is a loud noise when someone is racing in this area. Overall, because there are dolphins here, the price is reasonable, and the food is excellent, it is worth a five-star recommendation.

The hotel experience is perfect, but a little expensive. The breakfast is standard, with both Western and Chinese options. There are two types of buffets for dinner, one is a Western buffet and the other is a sushi buffet. We had sushi. The hotel also has a dolphin close-up experience, but reservations are required.

The room is not new. The superior coastal view room I booked does not have a separate shower. The hotel does have a lot of activities, but it is best to stay for a few nights, otherwise you may not be able to schedule popular activities. The hotel meals are not cheap and the price-performance ratio is not high. If you eat out, you may need to take a taxi, and the transportation is not convenient. Tips: If you can't schedule a happy dolphin, dolphin splash is enough for small babies.

The experience was great, with a variety of activities. The dolphin swimming program is the most recommended. The hotel provides thick diving suits, so it is not too cold in winter. The only drawback in the off-season is that the weather is prone to bad weather. In windy weather, the sea activities will be cancelled.

The whole environment is quite good, the ceiling of the parent-child hotel, the service staff are very enthusiastic and will greet you, the elderly and children all enjoy this resort hotel, and it has everything you need to eat and play
