Booked the Japanese-style room with Ryukyu tatami mats, families happy with the stayed. We are surprise there is a washing machine in the room. Overall OK with everythings. Good 👍🏻

It is a great hotel for family vacation. Especially, for children. There are many games and activities. The room is big with good sea view. There are four restaurants to choose for breakfast.

Service is good, the room is clean, there are free laundry room in every floor, many activities in the hotel

Aircon not enough .  the room so hot.

Excellent service, although not all of the staff are good at English but they will try their best to help. The location is not convenient for those who doesn’t drive, there are no restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You have to take taxi to moon beach area for some foods and groceries unless you stayed at the hotel all day long. There are dusts around the corner in the room, and no one clean up the corner during my 3-day visit. But overall the room is clean and tidy.

The place is beautiful and the dolphins is soooo cute. They have coconut water and i loqt off Okinawa fruit and attractions. If you want to do the activities need to reserve one weel before.

Hygiene: Nothing to say, very good, the room is cleaned and the sheets are changed every day, and there are almost no dead corners for hygiene Environment: Sitting on a beach, the sea view is super beautiful Service: Check-in and check-out are handled directly on the 11th floor, the service response is very fast, and the communication in fragmented English is relatively smooth. It is recommended to make an appointment for dining, otherwise if there is a performance in the restaurant on the first floor, even if there are empty seats, you have to wait for the people who have made an appointment to sit down before you can enter. There are not many service staff who can speak English, and I have only met one waiter who speaks Chinese in the past few days, and training needs to be strengthened. Facilities: There are no intelligent equipment. The air conditioner will feel very noisy at night, and the light of the air purifier is too bright. Everything else is pretty good!

As soon as I walked into the lobby, the spacious and bright space, exquisite decoration and warm and friendly staff immediately made me feel the warmth of home. The room is spacious and comfortable, with elegant decoration. Looking out of the window, you can see the unbeatable sea view. The blue sea, white sand and swaying palm trees form a beautiful picture. In the early morning, I was awakened by the first ray of sunshine, opened the window, and let the fresh sea breeze blow on my face, and I was refreshed immediately. The hotel's facilities are also very complete. There is a beautiful swimming pool with clear water and comfortable lounge chairs around it, so that people can enjoy the sun bath. There is also a well-equipped gym to meet the needs of fitness enthusiasts. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants and bars, offering a variety of food and drinks. Whether it is local specialties or international delicacies, you can taste them here. The service of Renaissance Okinawa Hotel is first-class. The staff always keeps a smile and serves every guest warmly and attentively. Whether it is checking in or answering various questions, they are very patient and professional. Here, you will really feel what it means to be at home. During the days at Renaissance Okinawa Hotel, I also participated in some activities organized by the hotel. Super family hotel, many children's activities, Breakfast & Choice of Dinner up to 2 - Club Savvy Benefit: Basically 3 meals are included, no worries after moving in, the children came back and said they would go again in the future, but the dolphins cost money, and the tip at the end of the project was less than 2,000

We stayed here because our 2-year-old son loves the beach and the pool. There was a water slide that even my son could try, and we could go to the beach for a bit, so we were very satisfied. It was also fun to be able to interact with the hotel staff at the stamp rally.

Since the family trip was only four days and three nights, Renaissance only arranged two days, which was really far from enough! I thought that since summer vacation had not started in July and we were staying on weekdays, there would not be many people. However, I was slapped in the face. After checking in on Thursday, I went to make an appointment for the next day's activities. The dolphin project I had been thinking about was fully booked. I asked the staff when the next vacancy was, and they said that the earliest would be Sunday (the day we returned) [crying R] As a second choice, I asked if there were any other projects suitable for young babies the next day. There was only one turtle classroom, so I quickly made an appointment. By the way, I also made an appointment for an underwater adventure cruise (underwater fish watching), which is very suitable for young babies like us. 1️⃣Child-friendly: When you enter the hotel, there will be various parrots welcoming children in the lobby, and they are very interested in surrounding the birds. After checking in, the children will be given a check-in package, which contains small crayons 🖍️, toiletries and a check-in map (children can play rock-paper-scissors with hotel staff at the corresponding points to win small prizes), which is quite interesting, but the child does not know how to play rock-paper-scissors yet and missed this fun [laughing and crying R] There are flip-flops of different sizes in the room 🩴, which is very considerate, and you don’t have to bring them yourself. I didn’t bring the small toilet seat at home, and it was delivered quickly after calling the front desk [thumbs-up R] 2️⃣ Rich breakfast: In addition to the regular buffet breakfast, a children’s meal area is also specially prepared for children, with pasta 🍝, broccoli 🥦, potato wedges and other foods that children like to eat, as well as cute turtle bread. In addition, there are many special Okinawa delicacies, such as sea grapes, pickled wild vegetables, and Japanese cold noodles, which the elderly and children at home said they like very much. I had to lean on the wall to leave after breakfast, and my family said that we didn’t need to eat lunch either [disappointed R] 📍Disadvantages: 1️⃣Slow action: It is well known that time is slow, but this is really the slowest time we have visited so many hotels in Japan. It took about 45 minutes to check in at the front desk [sleep R] He took a long time and almost made us miss the time for the reservation (before 17:00). I was so anxious that I was sweating all over [covering my face R] 2️⃣Few restaurants: There are a total of four restaurants, and only two are open for breakfast. All guests eat together, which leads to a long queue during breakfast time. There are no restaurants or convenience stores around. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose to stay here next time!

The experience at the Renaissance Okinawa Hotel was also very bad this time... Maybe it's old? The service didn't seem to keep up... I didn't get to play any of the activities I wanted. I brought my baby with me so there were three beds but they couldn't be put together. I was worried that the child would fall out of bed so I asked the housekeeping department for a bed guard but they didn't bring it until I left. The scenery is still beautiful. But the beach and sea area are too small... I probably won't go there again

Family hotel YYDS is really good. It has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, many sea activities, and many small animals. It is recommended to make an appointment for the activities as soon as you arrive at the hotel.
