Excellent location, clean amenities. Great balcony however it gets a lil smelly if you left the windows open for too long due to the sewerage from the really old buildings next door.

Location is very good, walking distance from the train station. All are decent for a nite or 2 . A lot of eateries around the hotel.

Convenient location close to the main local train station. Nice and helpful staff. They offered set meals for breakfast which are more than sufficient. Room is same as the pictures. Got stuck in a typhoon and they allowed late check out. Will stay again.

Little one enjoyed the play area so much! And the breakfast was so good.

Nice hotel with clean and nice room. Location is good and next to Chaiyi Railway Station so that it would be easily to go up or come down from AliShan. Many food shops nearby for easy eating .

I love the hotel location super near the train station, room is very clean and breakfast the is goo too. Will recommend friends to stay at the hotel.

If there is a choice, I will never stay there again

This is a weird hotel. We booked a balcony room but not allowed to smoke in the balcony then what’s the point of paying more for a balcony room that do not hv good views too? One of recep lady is kinda rude. Room was cold & they do not have heater nor portable heater. Good for family with kids only. Cafe staffs were friendly

a super nice kids hotel. the rooms equip with slides and race car, my toddler is so excited. and there is an indoor playground at hotel lobby as well . breakfast wise not much choice but it comes in set. food is good as well. and hotel is very near to train station. 5mins walk away

The hotel had a spacious lobby and staff there is polite. The room is clean with adequate space.

Definitely a hotel that I will book again. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and opposite there is a cinema and McD. Thumbs up to the breakfast also, varieties to choose and I have chosen Hong Kong Style. The portions are big and the food is delicious.

Superb location, 5 mins walk away from Chiayi train station. A very good base hotel for Alishan travellers. Allows free luggage storage for guests heading up to Alishan. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and even allow breakfast to take away. The family room is huge and has plenty of space for luggage. Tons of food near the hotel and party world karaoke too!

Room is near the Chiayi TRA station, room looks new and clean. 10-15 min walk away from Wenhua Night Market
