Spa Hotels in Chiang Mai

This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin！

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

It was a beautiful area with a nice grounds and central pool. It was very comfortable. We had booked the hotel with trip and it somehow switched the dates so we had to pay for 4 days we didn’t stay here. They were nice enough to offer us another day but we had to leave. We feel like it’s better to book it direct to avoid these problems. The hotel host was fantastic, the rooms were clean and new and we had a nice fridge. It’s out of the city nice and relaxing. We also enjoyed the breakfast!

Friendly staff, love their outdoor pool, great locations with massage places just opposite to the hotel, within a 1 min walk! Great selections for breakfast. Close to the night market/walking street. Will definitely be back again next time.

Excellent place away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city. Very close walking to the Maya mall and great restaurants there like vegan buffet choices for take out on lower level or Dukes for a great hamburger on 4th floor! Hotel Pool was a great and rare addition for this city. I will be back. Tower rooms are more modern.

Large room and requested room provided on a high floor. Beautiful views, rooftop swimming pool and large, comfortable lobby area. Buffet breakfast was not suitable for vegetarian but they make a pretty good coffee in the cafe. All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. In front of the hotel is a convenience store and massage, so make sure to have cash. I can't personally vouch for the massage as I had elsewhere, but worth a look as it's right in front of the hotel.

Really didn’t pay very much to stay here for 2 nights. Upgraded to corner room. Lovely and spacious. Immaculately clean. Bed was hard as previous comments but I slept great as very quiet. Breakfast was disappointing but front desk service was fantastic. Very good for what we paid.

Believe it or not, this is the right choice. I found it incredibly relaxing to sit by the pool and watch the traditional boats glide by. In the evenings, the riverside area transformed into a magical space with twinkling lights and the soft murmur of the water. As a boutique hotel, the breakfast is OK and the staff is very friendly. The rice noodles I tried there were, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, and friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai. In conclusion, this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai is a gem that offers an exquisite blend of natural beauty, Thai culture, and exceptional service. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Chiang Mai in a serene, luxurious setting. Highly recommended! Get a motorbike, they are a large yard to park!
