The room is spacious and clean. The equipment is complete, including a hair dryer, safe, and hot water kettle. All the staff take good care of you.

I love the hotel staffs on my arrival and Chek out date. They both gave a super first class services. I am fine with all amenities. Location is good and just a few minutes walk to night market & Tha Phae gate

When we first arrived no receptionists on the field. I had to call them to. Our room was close to reception and it was loudly most of the time. First night we had many problems but receptionist didn’t help us with anything. Don’t recommend staying there.

This was a last minute change and regret we didn't get to stay here the whole time in Chiang Mai compared to the noisy and untidy guesthouse down the road. It was also cheaper here too so was a great find - definitely got my high rating :)

This is my 3rd time at this hotel. For one night this time but I have already stayed there for 4 weeks. The staff is very friendly, nothing to complain about the condition of the rooms and bathrooms, it has always been clean and functional. This is my base when I go to Chiang Mai, a stone's throw from the Win Rock style bar, my HQ.

The butt sprayer is on the left. If you want to clean the room, you have to inform the staff. It is not automatic. You can hear the sound of opening and closing the door from the next room. But overall, the room is good and suitable for relaxation.
