Na Thapae Chiangmai Hotel Reviews

A relatively new hotel decorated old style of the main road. Nice and quiet if you want to chill for a couple of days. A short walk from restaurants and bars which is convenient. No pool or bar at hotel but I like it as there's never any noise.

I got this room for a very good price but it is well maintained, clean and has enough space. This hotel does not have a lift but i stayed on the 3rd floor. Location is great, very near Thapae Gate with lots of food options and a 7/11 across the street. The popular Loh Kroh barstreet is nearby and so are the nightmarkets. cleaning staff is excellent and so is the other staff, very friendly and helpful. Only thing is this hotel does not have an active reception. Upon checking in the door was open and I had to call a number on the desk so the staff could come down from an adjacent location. The front door is open during the day but also often at night until somebody closes it. Very easy to bring guests but still. . You get a keycard so you can get in and ou tas you wish but the staff has to work reception for one or two other hotels too so oftentimes there is nobody there.

Convenient location- Close to Loi Kroh Rd. Hired a scooter through the hotel & express laundry service!

The room is spacious and clean. The equipment is complete, including a hair dryer, safe, and hot water kettle. All the staff take good care of you.

I love the hotel staffs on my arrival and Chek out date. They both gave a super first class services. I am fine with all amenities. Location is good and just a few minutes walk to night market & Tha Phae gate

When we first arrived no receptionists on the field. I had to call them to. Our room was close to reception and it was loudly most of the time. First night we had many problems but receptionist didn’t help us with anything. Don’t recommend staying there.

The room is very big enough and the matress is big too.

Very good not on the main road but not too bad

location is very close to tha pae gate. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The only small room to improve is water temperature in a shower is not stable. You have to keep adjusting.

Good price, good location

No elevator again troublesome and inconvenient. The rest are fine

This was a last minute change and regret we didn't get to stay here the whole time in Chiang Mai compared to the noisy and untidy guesthouse down the road. It was also cheaper here too so was a great find - definitely got my high rating :)
