Always first choice stay, in balakong cheras area i rate 10/10 - reasonable price - clean - customer service 24/7 and easy acess more over equip with mini fridge n iron board the most important

Modern Hotel location is good, room is clean. Staff is nice, hotel facilities is good. near food market. Many different style food mummy. Also traffic is convenient.

Nice and clean room. Parking is not free. Road side parking 8-6.30 pm beware of majlis will issue summons ticket.

I would rate 10over 10 for the price withthe hotel services. The price was cheap for me for that kind of service.its worth of money and you can get to pharmacy,restaurants, shops at walking distance. The place less crowded and good.

I've been a loyal guest here for quit some times... The staffs there already knew me and they already know what is my requirements whenever I'm staying there. Everything is great, but they need to work more on the cleanliness part... Best places for leisure and work...
