The worst hotel I've ever stayed in while driving here. Neither the hardware nor the software is good. The lobby is large and useless. It's a long way from the entrance to the front desk. There was no polite words or smile. It felt very stiff. The first impression was very bad. Then there was the room. Although the room I booked was 60 square meters, the layout was particularly uncomfortable (I am a travel reporter who specializes in reporting on hotels and has been to countless hotels in various places). It was dark inside and the colors were old. I don't need to mention this. What I don't understand is that it was raining that day and the room was cold, but the air conditioner could only adjust the air to cold. The quilt was also the thin spring and summer quilt. When the waiter came to change it, he said that the hotel started to change the winter quilts for each room yesterday, but my room was obviously booked a long time ago, so why didn't they change it in advance? ? ? We had dinner at the hotel. As expected, we didn't see a single smiling face or a greeting. This is not what a star hotel should show. I can only say that it lacks training. It is a far cry from the Fuli Wanda Wenhua Hotel we stayed in Changsha before, and it is not as good as the Atour and Vienna we stayed in. Speaking of which, because I stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Xinyang a few days ago and felt good at the time, I chose the Wyndham without hesitation when I arrived in Chenzhou, but I was greatly disappointed. I will avoid the Wyndham series in the future.

The Chenzhou Museum is just a short walk away. This weekend, Chenzhou happened to hold the Feitianshan Music Festival, and one of the venues was in the sports center next to the hotel. The facilities in the room are also good, especially the mattress is very comfortable. The bathtub and shower are very useful. The suite has two bathrooms, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich, but it is Chinese style, and there is not much Western breakfast, such as no bacon. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose this hotel again when I go to Chenzhou in the future.
