Overall it’s ok staff willing help all times even they couldn’t speak English but we used translate app to close language gap 😂 breakfast good even many carbohydrates foods 😂 but acceptable Location: it’s not near metro station as put in trip.com description actually it far from central metro unable reach there we’ve to take tram but it’s near tram station around 500 M. Many restaurants and street foods near hotel so we enjoyed stay here.

The front desk spoke very little English. There was only one person there that was able to Communicate with me in English but that is fine. I don’t expect them to speak all languages so I just use a translator app when needed. Although the staff didn’t speak English, they were all very helpful. After the first night stay, my room wasn’t cleaned which I had to mention twice to reception. The room also had this really damp and strange smell unless I kept the AC on all day which is difficult because once you take the room card out, the entire room electricity shut down so you always return to the room with that kind of strange dampy smell. Wifi was pretty much non-existent so that was pretty annoying. I used up all the data of the SIM card I got for a weeks trip just before my trip ended so I was going on for 1.5 days without data and that caused a lot of inconvenience. The shampoo was not checked and refilled, it was running very low and housekeeping did not refill at all, I had to take it out of shower and leave it on sink for them to notice to refill. It was a very close short walk to Chunxi Road so the location was great. Overall, apart from these issues, it was a satisfactory stay but I don’t think I would stay again

Very clean and friendly staff! Close to Gaoshengqiao metro station and has local food, boba, and shopping places nearby including a Walmart!

Checked into this hotel with no particular expectations, primarily for its convenient location and reasonable price, being part of a hotel chain. But I was pleasantly surprised and quickly fell in love with the place. The twin-sharing room wasn’t as spacious as some others I’ve stayed in, but it was thoughtfully designed, well equipped, and clean. Small details that make a big difference: (a) Each bed came with two pillows — one firmer and one softer — so guests could choose their preferred comfort level; and (b) The shower pressure was excellent too. Of all the hotels we stayed at during our week-long trip to Chengdu and Chongqing, this one catered best to international travellers. The breakfast spread featured thoughtful touches like a whole-bean coffee machine and wholemeal bread — rare finds in local hotels. A simple yet charming feature, especially in today’s digital age, was the daily lift carpet showing the day of the week (Mon–Sun)! There are only two sets of washing machines and dryers, so there can be a bit of a queue when the hotel is busy. Laundry bags and single-use liquid detergent are conveniently available for guests to use. As for service, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful — in particular, one male staff member who kindly reminded us to take an extra bottle of water to stay hydrated in the hot weather. A warm and thoughtful gesture indeed! As the Chinese saying goes, “麻雀虽小，五脏俱全” — small as it is, this hotel has everything you need.

The room is simple and practical, and is only 200 meters away from the subway station. Chengdu subway is very convenient for traveling. You can go to Kuanzhai Alley, People's Park to watch Sichuan opera performances, and watch pandas climbing the wall...

The reception were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Especially one girl who helped us in everyday she could. She helped us order food on a Chinese ap when my friend was sick and we didn't want to go out. Another person on reception helped us book tickets for the Panadas. The location was OK. Not alot of food options close by. Bed was comfortable. The room was a little small. Bathroom/ toilet, might be awkward when travelling as friends but it's possible to hang something for privacy. There is a washer and dryer and a robot that delivers your clothes and any food deliveries to your room.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and professional. They welcomed me with a smile and made the check-in process quick and smooth. They were always helpful and ready to answer any questions. They truly made me feel at home. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

I brought my kids here to play and visit relatives and friends. The front desk of the hotel provided children's slippers and toothbrushes for the children. The children's breakfast is free, which is very humane. The selection of cakes is very exquisite, and my son ate a lot [grin]. The room is also clean and very good. I highly recommend it.

Facilities: The hot water supply is normal, the TV and air conditioner are effective, and all necessary items are in sufficient supply. Hygiene: Auntie tidied up very well and did not change any personal belongings. Environment: The sound insulation is good. There are many shops selling various things near the hotel. It is very convenient. The transportation is convenient. It is close to the East Station and it is very convenient to go to other places. Service: The front desk service is very good. There is a small robot delivering food directly to the door. Check-in and check-out are very fast, even very early or late at night.
