Hotels in The Tianfu Panda Tower/WangPing Street, Chengdu

The owner was very helpful, she spoke very good English and gave tips for the city. The hotel was very conveniently located, right at exit C of Hongxing Bridge station of metro line 3, where the owner picked us up and showed us to our room. Breakfast was brought to our room at a requested time each day, which was very convenient. The room was also nice and well designed, with a good view of Chengdu. We highly recommend this hotel if you intend to visit Chengdu and if we ever return, we will stay here again. :)

Location: nearby have many stores and food 15mins walk can reach IFS Surprisingly that have washing machines able to use. They upgraded our Room and was clean each time we head out. Bed was comfortable is a massage bed. One things that I would like to feedback my last two days in the hotel, was the AC in the room. They adjusted the whole building due to weather , somehow it affect that experience in the room. But I would like to say that also they tried to find fan for us to put in the room.

I must admit, I booked this guesthouse on Trip.com with quite low expectations, as it had very few recommendations. However, after staying for several consecutive nights, I can honestly say I was incredibly satisfied. They offer luggage storage, which was a huge bonus for our trip to Jiuzhaigou on the fourth day – it meant we didn't have to haul all our bags around. Any issues, such as with the hairdryer or a clogged toilet, were promptly addressed and resolved. This was greatly appreciated by someone like me who really values good service. For families seeking a comfortable, home-like stay, I absolutely recommend this guesthouse! The location is excellent, it's very clean, and transportation is convenient. It's super easy to get a taxi to Chunxi Road IFS, and there are plenty of eateries, cafes, and shops for daily necessities right next door – basically, everything you could need!

Staff and location were excellent. Everyone spoke good English in the hotel, no matter their job within the hotel. Breakfast was great. The swimming pool was nice, but not the best. But, there was a lifeguard overlooking and super friendly as well.

The hotel location is good, nearby there are many food shops and convenience stalls. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, Lu Lu served us well. The only bad point is the Aircon in the room is not cool even though I have set the temperature to 18C. Overall, I am recommended to stay in this hotel.

I spent 3 nights in this amazing hotel. I could never thank them enough for all the assistance I get during my stay in Chengdu. Starting by the moment, I get off the metro 🫶🏼 Fan Lu & Xiao Mi were kind and generous, the best companions ever. I wish I had this welcome every time when I travel. Thank you team ! The location is near the metro and heart of Chengdu. Easy to reach the Panda Base Reaserch. The room was clean and quite spacious. I recommend this hotel Hope to see you again soon

My First Stay at Orange Hotel: Spotless, Comfortable, and Exceptionally Welcoming Service This was my first time staying at an Orange Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly clean. The bed linens were pristine white and odorless, and even the desk and bathroom corners gleamed, which made my stay feel very comfortable and secure. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk attendant had a warm smile during check-in and proactively informed me about the laundry room's location and complimentary laundry detergent. Later that evening, when I was using the laundry room, a staff member noticed I was struggling with the dryer. She specifically came over to show me how to use it, and even folded my clothes before she left. That was such a heartwarming gesture! The room was sufficiently spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC unit provided quick heating without any disruptive noise. The laundry room equipment was new and easy to operate. The entire wash and dry cycle took less than an hour, which was incredibly convenient for someone like me traveling with extra clothes! For just over 300 RMB, to stay in a hotel this clean with such excellent service offers exceptional value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip!

Booked two rooms in this hotel for three consecutive days, and the overall feeling was very good. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and told us about the delicious and fun places around. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, but it is not free and very expensive. It is charged by the hour, no cap! The hotel facilities, hygiene, environment, etc. are all good. It takes only 800 to 900 meters to walk to the lively Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. It is also OK to walk back to the hotel after watching the night view. Recommended to stay!

As always, Atour's service is excellent and reliable. All the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms were spotless. The hotel offers fantastic views and is very tastefully decorated. The surrounding area has plenty of delicious food options, and Chunxi Road is also very close. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery. I'll definitely choose this Atour again on my next visit to Chengdu.

I highly recommend this hotel! It's simply amazing! After all my travels, I've rarely stayed in a hotel that felt so comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is new, so it looks incredibly clean and upscale. We arrived early that day, and while we were waiting to check in in the lobby, the staff offered us a fruit plate, plum soup, and hot towels. Their courtesy and politeness were truly a positive first impression. The room was also spotless, with no stains or scale on the shower head, faucet, or in the crevices of the sink, which was another compliment. The staff soon brought another fruit plate, hahaha. There was also free water and drinks in the refrigerator. The room was also very conveniently equipped with smart technology. There was also a small balcony, which was incredibly hot in Chengdu, so I could sit out there and enjoy a cup of tea and chat. The breakfast was also customizable, and the flavors were perfect for someone like me from the south. Best of all, since we didn't wake up that early, we were able to arrange breakfast delivery to our room in advance. And, amazingly, it was delivered right on time, and they were very discreet to avoid waking my family! Wow! This polite gesture really touched me! The hotel even offered laundry service! Doing laundry for a family is such a hassle when we're away from home, but I was surprised by the thoughtful service. I handed my dirty clothes to the staff, told them what time they'd be delivered to my room, and then they'd pick them up dry at that time. Best of all, they even folded my clothes for me! I absolutely loved this amazing service! As for the location, I think it's quite convenient. A taxi to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li takes about ten minutes, and even faster when there's no traffic. Also, I thought they'd only provided a fruit plate on the first day, but they delivered another one before I checked out on the second day. When we checked out, they gave me a stuffed animal and helped with our luggage. It was so nice that I really wanted to stay two more nights, but unfortunately, my schedule was tight and I had to leave. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay here! I was completely satisfied! I hope this hotel can maintain this level of attentive and thoughtful service. After all, in today's climate, besides cleanliness and location, service attitude and operations are truly crucial to running a successful hotel. I'll definitely come back someday! I hope it won't be long before I stay at your hotel again, haha! Thank you to every staff member who served us; I was so impressed!
